At present,the implementation and development of moral education are highly valued by the state and society.Establishing morality and cultivating people is the fundamental task of contemporary school education.Class rules are an important carrier of school moral education.The realization of the function of class rules is inseparable from the construction of moral class rules.In reality,the lack of class rules’ morality is common.In addition,there are still many gaps and deficiencies in the research on the morality of primary school class rules.Therefore,it is necessary to further study the morality of primary school class rules,in order to provide practical guidance for the construction of primary school class rules on the basis of enriching the research theory of primary school class rules’ morality.The morality of system construction itself is an important prerequisite for the function of system moral education.Class rules as one of the school moral education system,the institutional virtue is the internal attribute of class rules,and the construction of class rules must also meet the requirements of morality,in which justice is the fundamental virtue of class rules,and people’s all-round development is the starting point and foothold of class rules construction.Based on this theory,this study adopts the qualitative research orientation to conduct research in six primary schools in W District,Jinhua City,Zhejiang Province.Combined with the literature,and using the methods of interview,observation and physical analysis,this study obtains the first-hand relevant data of the morality of the class rules of primary schools,and presents the realistic appearance of the morality of the class rules of six primary schools around the five aspects of the construction of the class rules:formulation of ideas,formulation of contents,formulation methods,implementation and operation,evaluation and modification.The study found that there are many things worth learning in the construction process of primary school class rules: some classes can be student-oriented in the formulation of ideas,take into account the dual value of class rules management and education,have rich content of class rules,and pay attention to the improvement of personal moral quality.In terms of formulation methods,some class rules are formulated by teachers and students through joint discussion and following certain procedures.They will not only formulate class rules according to external rules and teacher management experience,but also take into account the growth needs and phased characteristics of students.In terms of implementation and operation,let every student participate in the implementation of class rules,adopt the combination of material rewards and punishments and spiritual rewards and punishments,and implement rewards and punishments in accordance with the five principles of "no more than three things","teaching students according to their aptitude",clear rewards and punishments,moderate rewards and punishments and incentive.In addition,some classes can keep up with the pace of the times and use intelligent software for class management,making class management more democratic and efficient.In terms of evaluation and modification,most teachers can listen to the opinions of class students to modify the class rules,which reflects the democracy and timeliness of class rules modification.But at the same time,there is also a lack of virtue in the construction of primary school class rules: in the formulation of ideas,only the score theory,the concept of class rules is narrow;One sided education and one-sided management.In the formulation of content,academic achievement is the main,and the tendency of examination oriented education is more obvious;The contents of some class rules are inappropriate,and the scope of students’ activities during recess is limited.In terms of formulation methods,the degree of democratic participation needs to be improved;On the basis of formulation,the status of students’ subjectivity needs to be highlighted;In terms of implementation and operation,the head teacher leads,and the unequal relationship between teachers and students still exists;Reward and punishment around learning,lack of innovation and pertinence;Punishment lacks love and respect and partially exceeds teachers’ right of education and punishment.In terms of evaluation and revision,teachers’ authority is supreme,and students lack the right and courage to question class rules;Once the class rules are formulated,they remain unchanged and are not in the process of dynamic development.Based on the reality and relevant theories,the reasons for the lack of morality in primary school class rules are as follows: the spread of utilitarian educational value orientation;The moral integrity of school moral education system needs to be strengthened;Lack of cognition and motivation of moral education in class rules;Students’ awareness and ability to participate in the construction of class rules are low.Starting from the influencing factors affecting the morality of primary school class rules,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: Adhere to the principle of all-round development with moral education first and abandon the concept of educational utility;Follow the student-centered educational purpose and optimize the moral education system at the school level;Renew the concept of class management and enhance the cognition and motivation of class teachers’ moral education;Actively participate in the construction of class rules and improve students’ awareness and ability to participate in class management.
