Class rules are the standard to regulate the behavior of teachers and students,which are not only conducive to developing good behavior habits for students,but also play an important role in class management and construction.The research of class rules can guide teachers' daily educating and teaching work,but also can promote the moral education for the schools.In this study,questionnaire,interview and literature are used to select the teachers in charge of the class and students from four junior middle schools in Xi'an as the research objects of the implementation of the class rules.The four schools include two public schools and two private schools.The result shows that there are the following problems in the implementation of class rules.First of all,the head teachers are specialized in making the class rules;Secondly,the content of class rules does not conform to the actual situation of the class.Finally,it is the lack of fairness and supervision mechanism in the implementation of class rules.Through investigation and research,the author finds that the problems in the implementation of class rules are mainly caused by the following three reasons.Firstly,the teaching evaluation index of the school is too single.Secondly,the teachers lack class management concept.Finally,the number of students in the class is large and the individual differences are obvious.Through the results of questionnaire data analysis and interview content analysis,the author puts forward corresponding suggestions on the formulation and implementation of class rules,hoping to guide teachers' daily education and teaching work,and promote teachers to explore a more reasonable,democratic and effective class rules that conform to their own situation.Suggestions on the making the class rules: First of all,it should be student-oriented,in line with the physical and mental development of students.At thesame time,the teachers should try to let the students involve in making their own rules.Secondly,teachers should constantly learn the relevant theoretical knowledge of class management and improve the ability of class management.Finally,the teachers should be more scientific and reasonable in the content of the class rules and the procedure of making class rules.Suggestions on the implementation of class rules: first of all,we should treat each of the students equally and impartially.Secondly,teachers should be good at observing and stimulating students.During the implementation of class rules,supervision and timely feedback are required.Finally,in the face of students' irresistible difficulties,teachers should also have flexibility to implement the class rules,so as to cultivate students' positive feelings towards the class rules.
