A Study On The Influence Of Elastic Belt Resistance Training On The 50-meter Intermediate Running Technique Of Some Boys In Middle School Physical Education

Abstract/Summary:
Objective:the 50-meter race is an important test item to inspect the sprint quality of junior high school students.The intervention of elastic belt in50-meter running training has an important influence on improving the performance of 50-meter running in junior high school students.The exploration of a new training path of 50-meter running in junior high school students provides a theoretical and practical basis for school physical education workers to apply elastic belt resistance training in track and field.Methods:This paper mainly adopts experimental method to carry out elastic belt resistance training intervention,uses image analysis method to get the change of students’ kinematic index before and after the experiment,and uses comparative analysis method to analyze the change of students’ kinematic index before and after the intervention of 50 meters running to find the improvement of students’ 50 meters running technology.Results:According to the experimental data,there are three kinds of problems in middle school students’ 50-meter running technology:(1)the front swing Angle of upper limbs is too small,resulting in too fast swing arm speed and too small stride length.(2)poor flexibility of the lower limb hip joint,resulting in the swing leg swing is not positive,poor swing effect.(3)Torso rake Angle is not standard,resulting in running stride is too small,swing legs landing too fast,reduce the speed of running.After 12 weeks and 36 class hours of elastic belt resistance training,the three problems of the experimental group were significantly improved,while the control group had no significant change.Conclusion:(1)the elastic belt resistance training solves the problem of non-standard swing Angle of elbow joint of upper limb during 50-meter intermediate running,and ensures reasonable swing arm frequency to balance the relationship between stride frequency and stride length.(2)Elastic belt resistance training solves the problem of non-standard trunk rake Angle during50-meter intermediate running,improves the relaxation ability during intermediate running,and is conducive to improving running speed.(3)The elastic belt resistance training solves the problem that the knee joint Angle is not standard in many moments during 50-meter intermediate running,improves the ability of backpedal during intermediate running and avoids excessive pedal extension.Suggestions:(1)the elastic belt training should not be taken as the whole content of the 50-meter training,but should be based on the development of students’ standard technical movements.(2)In the process of elastic belt training,a reasonable range should be maintained to avoid the phenomenon of negative transfer.(3)Elastic belts of different strengths should be selected for different objects,and the arrangement of resistance training of elastic belts should be carried out according to the characteristics of different objects.
