Abstract/Summary:
Teaching input is teachers’ efforts and efforts to ensure and continuously improve teaching quality.From the perspective of the main body of teaching input,It is a special study of teachers’ teaching input in compulsory education stage.The factors of teaching input include time input,energy input,emotion input and resource input.In terms of teaching input,it includes pre-class preparation input,teaching implementation input,after-class service input and teaching growth input.Teaching input is of far-reaching and lasting significance to the rejuvenation of teachers,students,the country and the nation,and has the characteristics of subject difference,comprehensiveness,circulation and dynamic.Research in haikou city compulsory education teachers’ teaching is the need of the implementation of national policy,is on the development of the education of hainan province revitalization,can add teaching into the case study area,complement compulsory education teachers teaching into research,to promote teachers’ teaching reflection and school teachers,education administrative department of the teacher’s scientific management,improve quality of compulsory education teachers.Based on the theory of hierarchy of needs,the theory of teachers’ teaching efficacy,the theory of in-depth teaching and the theory of planned behavior,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire,interview and classroom observation to study the teaching investment of compulsory education teachers in Haikou City.After presenting the research status based on data,six problems are found: It refers to factional chores squeezing normal teaching input,imbalanced elements and fields of teaching input,lack of internal motivation of teaching input,inadequate connotation of teaching input,insignificant effect of teaching input,and lack of cooperation and support from parents.In view of these problems,it is suggested that teachers should strengthen the comprehensive quality foundation of teaching investment through lifelong learning,enhance the professionalism and creativity of teaching investment through teaching and research,promote the driving force of teaching investment through self-training,and make personal planning to ensure the sense of teaching investment goal.It is suggested that the school should construct positive teacher culture,establish correct teacher evaluation standard,perfect teacher incentive system and optimize parent-school cooperation environment.It is suggested that the administrative departments of education reduce numerous inspections,effectively reduce the burden of teachers,enhance the autonomy of schools,return teachers’ professional autonomy,improve the training management system,effectively improve teachers’ professional teaching ability,truly improve the treatment of teachers,and strengthen the construction of teachers.
