With the development of information technology,micro curriculum has once become the research hotspot of many scholars,and the research on physical education micro curriculum has also made some achievements,but the development and application of micro curriculum for a certain sports project is still in the exploratory stage.This subject takes the development and application of Cheerleading micro curriculum in junior high school as the research object.On the basis of sorting out the literature,this paper defines the development principles,methods and steps of Cheerleading micro curriculum,makes some resources of Cheerleading micro curriculum in junior high school,and makes a comparative experiment in combination with the obtained information and the actual situation.Based on the data of questionnaire survey and experimental results,this paper analyzes the application effect of Cheerleading micro curriculum in junior high school,and gives the development and application strategy of Cheerleading micro curriculum.Research conclusions:(1)the development of the micro-curriculum of Junior high School cheerleading should follow the principles of Systematization,student-centered,emphasis on difficult points,and its development process mainly includes two stages:teaching design analysis and production process analysis.The analysis of teaching design includes teaching object,target,content,emphasis and difficulty,strategy,evaluation,etc.The analysis of making process includes learning task list,material collection,making PPT courseware,writing script,making micro-video and so on;(2)the teaching of cheerleading micro course is superior to the traditional teaching in improving the students’ basic hand position and the skill of complete set of movements,especially the skill of movements and the ability of team cooperation;(3)the micro-cheerleading course plays a significant role in promoting students’ interest in sports learning,while the traditional class has little effect;(4)the micro-cheerleading course is rich in content,strong in sound and light stimulation,and can highlight details in the explanation and demonstration of movement techniques,multi-angle display,easy for students to watch repeatedly,targeted practice,practical and operational.Suggestions:(1)in the teaching process,we should not only give full play to the advantages of traditional teaching methods,but also innovate thinking and solve the difficulties encountered in teaching combined with micro curriculum;(2)Junior high school physical education teachers should constantly innovate their own information technology knowledge,master basic photography technology and video and audio editing ability;(3)We should give full play to the collective advantages,especially the strength of school level teaching and research groups,and cooperate with many people to develop more micro courses of sports;(4)We should constantly collect,excavate and sort out the physical education teaching materials loved by students,and make continuous efforts to stimulate students’ interest in learning.
