Mental skill is an important concept and methodology in the field of educational psychology.At present,most of our country’s views about intellectual skills come from the former Soviet psychologist Gary Peilin’s "theory of the formation of intellectual activities by stages".On this basis,Feng Zhongliang,an outstanding experimental psychologist in China,summarized the five development stages of Gary Peilin’s mental skills into three important stages: Prototype orientation,prototype operation and prototype internalization through a large number of scientific research methods and psychological analysis.Based on the previous research,this paper holds that mental skill is a cognitive way that focuses more on people’s heart than actual action.Its function is to organize and regulate all cognitive activities with reasonable and orderly procedures,finally master knowledge and form ability.It is mainly transformed into internal language with the help of basic theoretical knowledge and principles,and reasonably processed and calculated in the brain,so as to complete the process of analyzing and solving problems,Finally,guide the subject to complete a series of movements with the help of external force actions and behaviors of the human body through continuous consolidation and practice.Therefore,mental skills have three characteristics: the concept of action object,the inner potential of action execution and the simplification of action.The formation of mental skills requires the combined action of many factors,whether the subject completes the refining and processing of information through repeated practice.Coping with the increasing complexity of mental skills with increasing proficiency,or the positive and effective guidance of teachers in objective factors,scientific and orderly teaching plans and guidance methods,are interrelated and interactive.However,the most important factor in mental skills is "prototype".The three stages of mental skills: prototype orientation,prototype operation and prototype internalization are inseparable from "prototype".The activity structure of each stage needs to be guided by "prototype" to complete mental activities.Therefore,this paper believes that "prototype" provides examples for the development and image formation of mental activities,generates a series of concepts to guide the implementation of specific actions through the understanding and thinking of examples,and finally internalizes the processing and sorting of information by the subject to complete the whole mental activities.Therefore,in the teaching of piano mental skills,the establishment of "prototype" is essential.For piano teaching,this paper puts forward the concept of "sound prototype"."Sound prototype" refers to the "materialized" specific sound,which is to guide the actions and ways of making sound.Then the piano "sound prototype" is to form a specific sound in the brain to guide a series of actions of making sound,such as fingertip touch,wrist control and arm force,so as to achieve the inner sound paradigm through certain technical means,so as to improve the comprehensive performance level.Based on Schumann’s childhood scene,Chopin’s first piano narrative and Chen Peixun’s Pinghu autumn moon,this paper establishes a "sound prototype",and uses the methods of literature research,case analysis and conceptual analysis to explain the version played by American pianist Vladimir Horowitz and Pinghu Autumn Moon played by Chinese pianist Lang Lang as the basis of "sound prototype",Then through the music score example,this paper expounds the three stages of mental skill teaching and the key points of each stage.Finally,it is concluded that the teaching quality and level of piano mental skill can be effectively improved through the establishment of "sound prototype".The research process and main contents of this paper are as follows:1.This paper expounds the concept,characteristics and influencing factors of "mental skills".Combined with the relevant definitions of "prototype",it is analyzed that "prototype" is the core foundation of mental skills.2.This paper defines the concept of "sound prototype" and Piano "sound prototype",and then takes the three stages of piano "sound prototype" as the main line to analyze the basis and method of establishing "sound prototype" based on the two works of "childhood scenes" and "Chopin’s first narrative" played by pianist Horowitz.3.This paper mainly makes a more specific example analysis of the piano song "Pinghu Autumn Moon",establishes the sound prototype based on the version played by Chinese pianist Lang Lang,and expounds the specific process of the establishment of the sound prototype combined with the analysis of the characteristics of piano mental skills of senior high school students,so as to highlight the main purpose: complete the cultivation of mental skills and improve the teaching effect through the establishment of "sound prototype".4.This paper expounds the training method of "sound prototype" of intellectual skills in Senior High School Piano Teaching Center from four aspects of "attention","perception","speech" and "consciousness".
