The teaching of Chinese is teaching our native language. It trains the ability of the students' communication in discourse. It lies in the form of discourse. The nature of Chinese teaching is tool-skilled, which is asked to develop the students' ability of communication in discourse and construct the system of scientific skill in discourse and it develops the students' skill in discourseThe quality of the ability of discourse is the individual experience of discourse, and the system and network of the knowledge and skill in discourse. Therefore, It is important that put the learning of language knowledge and the training of skill in discourse in the first place in practical Chinese teaching. The structure of the ability of discourse includes knowledge and skill. So the training of skill cannot be dimmed .The training is conducting and operating by planning and intending. It will make the activity manner standard. The training in traditional Chinese is misunderstanding.The writer considers that the form of the ability of Chinese can be acquired or learned. The education of Chinese in school lies in that "acquired" improves "learned". The gain in intellectual skills in discourse needs. Prototype orientating, prototype operating and prototype penetrating. Through the three stage, it will be really training the skill in discourse.
