| Reading masterpieces plays a vital role in students’ development,particularly in Chinese junior high school education,where the instruction of "Guide to Classics" takes center stage.The teaching of "Guide to Classics" is one of the ways to help pupils in junior high school enhance their reading skills.As a result,Chinese teachers must be responsible for encouraging students to read well-known classics.Both teachers and students benefit much from the teaching of "Guide to Classics." Reading classics can provide inspiration and stimulate thought,as well as provide more knowledge,all of which can help to improve people’s quality of life and enlighten their thinking.Classics and masterpieces have always been highlighted in educational practice and frequently cited in the educational circle in terms of educational progress.People’s material quality of life is improving all the time,but their spiritual needs are growing by the day.People should pay greater attention to classics.Through the practice of "Guide Reading of Classics," Chinese teaching in junior middle school can improve students’ Chinese literacy and increase their independence in reading.Based on a survey of the status of "Guide to Classics" teaching in junior middle school Chinese,this study organizes and analyses the relevant survey data,combining it with specific famous works to propose effective teaching strategies in order to achieve effective teaching of "Guide to Classics."This paper takes the teaching of Chinese "Guide to Classics" in junior middle school in K school in G District,Kunming City as the research object,and divides the full text into three parts:The first section is the introduction,which discusses the research background,purpose and significance of the research,the literature review,and the research methodologies.The second section will explore and assess the current state of Chinese "Guide to Classics" instruction in junior middle school in Kunming’s G district,using selected Chinese teachers and students as case studies.According on the survey data analysis,it can be determined that both teachers and students face various difficulties.On the student side,there are issues such as a lack of solid reading skills and a limited ability to organise language;the boundaries of literary genres are blurred,making it difficult to use reading methods proficiently;they are disconnected from real life and lack the emotional experience they previously had.Concerning teachers,there are several issues,including a failure to value teachers’ initiative and creativity in teaching,an inability to value the organic combination of Chinese practise and comprehensiveness in teaching,a failure to value the proper guidance of students’ emotional attitudes and values,and a failure to value students’ innovation and an issue of developing spiritual and practical abilities.With regard to these issues,the author attempts to understand the causes from the perspectives of teachers and students.The third section focuses on optimizing the "Guide to Classics" teaching technique in junior middle school Chinese at a K school in Kunming’s G district.This essay discusses the teaching of "Guide to Classics" in junior high school Chinese at K school in District G,Kunming,based on current specific problems and an examination of their origins.This paper proposes an optimization strategy based on the following four aspects: laying a good foundation for reading classics based on language;focusing on methods and cultivating reading classics thinking;paying attention to aesthetics and investigating the value of educating people in classics;collaborating with home and school and promoting students’ reading processes. |
