With the rapid changes of the society and the constantly reform of the education system,the education career has put forward higher requirements for the teacher structure.In order to promote the construction of high quality and high level teacher structure,this thesis uses literature review,statistical data review,questionnaires,interviews and other methods and takes a township public general high school as an example to analyze the problems in its structure and the factors influencing the construction process,conducts SWOT-AHP analysis on each factor index,comes up with a strategy for the construction of teacher structure,and finally proposes construction countermeasures for the teacher structure Finally,we propose countermeasures for the construction of teacher structure in conjunction with the construction strategy.This study categorized and combined SWOT analysis of each influencing factor index of teacher structure construction to derive its series of construction strategies of SO,ST,WT,and WO.It also combined AHP hierarchical analysis to analyze the weights of each factor indicator within the group and each intermediate level factor indicator between the groups to construct a quadrilateral of teacher structure development strategies and identify the location of its center of gravity so as to determine its core construction strategy:S1T1Relying on the advantage of the national policy document on promoting teacher structure construction to mitigate or avoid the challenges of teacher structure problems brought about by the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform.The specific countermeasures under this strategy include:relying on the promotion documents to increase the recruitment and selection of teachers for shortage subjects,while controlling the recruitment of new teachers for abundant subjects,so as to adjust the teacher structure of cultural subjects;relying on the promotion documents to build a mental health education teacher team with mainly experienced and professional teachers,also supplemented by other teachers;relying on the promotion documents to bring in talents from various fields in various ways to restructuring of faculty in non-cultural subjects.This research topic is Analysis of Countermeasures for Building Faculty Structure—Based on a Rural High School.The sections of introduction,literature review,research design,current situation of teacher structure,visual analysis of teacher structure construction strategies,proposal of countermeasures for teacher structure construction,and conclusion and outlook go on to describe the origin of the topic selection,current situation of the study,research design,research implementation,research analysis,and research results of this study,respectively.The aim is to improve the visualization of the teacher structure construction analysis process and to propose countermeasures for teacher structure construction in this township high school.the core strategy of the specific countermeasures under S1T1,will be constantly updated in conjunction with relevant policy and documents during the implementation of the new college entrance examination reform. |
