| Rural revitalization,power first.In order to implement the country to strengthen the township power supply station and rural power team construction,the decision and deployment of comprehensively helping rural revitalization.Power supply station as the front of electric power marketing service,the efficiency of power supply directly determines the comprehensive power supply service level and service image.Therefore,it is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of the professional ability of the basic staff of the power supply station,realize the transformation and upgrading of the power supply station,and promote the implementation of the national strategy.This research is based on competency theory,taking the improvement of the power supply station basic staff’s professional ability as the entry point,the power supply station in Lishui City as the research carrier,through the combination of theoretical analysis and data analysis,the competency model of basic staff of electric power was constructed,put forward feasible suggestions for improving the professional ability of basic staff of Lishui City power supply station.This paper analyzes the status quo of professional competence from the three dimensions of qualification,professional quality and career management ability of basic staff of the power supply station,there is still a large space for improvment,and it is concluded that there are difficulties in the development channel,incentive and guidance,training system and other aspects of the professional ability development.Firstly,based on literature research and position analysis,this paper summarizes the original database of competency of basic staff of electric power in Lishui City power supply station,which contains 49 competency elements;Secondly,the primary database of competency elements is determined by supplementary modification of the original database through interviews,and the primary database covers 30 competency elements;Thirdly,questionnaire survey and other methods are used for statistical analysis of competency factors,and finally a competency model composed of 10 competency factors from 4 dimensions is obtained,respectively: professional knowledge(safety and theoretical knowledge,pole climbing operation,comprehensive energy business and market development,line loss control in the area),business skills(mass work ability),professional quality(sense of responsibility,initiative,innovation ability),personality traits(independent learning);Finally,based on the competency model,put forward the professional competence improvement system of basic staff of electric power in Lishui City power supply station from four aspects: personnel structure,knowledge and skills,promotion channels and incentive factors. |
