Objective: to develop and apply the “Sports Health Information Literacy Scale for College Students”.Methods: 1.Preliminary design of the scale: Based on the original “College Students’ Health Information Literacy Scale” and integrating sports information elements,the “Health Information Literacy Scale for College Students”.was compiled.2.Expert consultation: modify the scale according to expert opinions.3.Pre-test: using convenient sampling method to investigate the sports health information literacy of college students in Jiangxi Province,test the reliability and validity of the scale,and improve the scale.4.Preliminary application of the scale for formal test: take the method of stratified sampling to select college students from various regions,majors and grades in Jiangxi as subjects,and preliminarily apply the new scale for statistical analysis to ensure the scientificity of the structure and content of the scale.Results: 1.Preliminary design of the scale: modify the test questions and scoring standards of the original scale.2.Expert consultation: the content and structure of the questionnaire are recognized by experts,and topic C4 is deleted according to expert opinions.3.Pre test: the CR value of all subjects in the project analysis is between7.772 and 19.158,with good discrimination;Cronbach’s of the whole scale and its dimensions ɑ The coefficients are greater than 0.9,which has high internal consistency;Four factors with eigenvalues greater than 1 were extracted from the scale,and all questions explained 58.43% of the total variation.The structural validity was good,and all questions were retained.4.Formal test: Cronbach’s of the scale ɑThe coefficient is 0.803 and the test-retest reliability is 0.844.The reliability of the scale is good.The results of confirmatory factor analysis met the basic requirements of statistics.5.Application of the scale: the scale was initially applied to Jiangxi Province.The research shows that college students of different grades and majors have significant differences in sports health information literacy and its various dimensions;College students of different genders only have significant differences in the dimension of sports health information awareness;There is no significant difference in sports health information literacy and its dimensions among college students from different sources,different regions and different school types;In the relationship between sports health information literacy and various factors,there is a positive correlation between sports health information literacy and various factors.Conclusion: 1.This study compiled the “College Students’ Health Information Literacy Scale” from the perspective of sports health in strict accordance with the scale preparation process,and formed the “Sports Health Information Literacy Scale for College Students”.The results have 4 dimensions and 15 questions.2.The scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used to evaluate college students’ sports health information literacy.2.In the preliminary application,it is found that the level of sports health information literacy of senior college students is generally higher than that of junior college students,and the level of students majoring in sports and medicine is higher than that of students majoring in other majors.Therefore,it is believed that college education can improve the level of College Students’ sports health information literacy to a certain extent.It is suggested that we should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ sports health information literacy in college education.
