| Mathematics concept is an important part of mathematics curriculum content and the basis of mathematics knowledge.Therefore,mathematics concept teaching is very important.Students will feel more laborious in learning mathematical concepts,especially for high school students.Their learning tasks are heavy and some basic mathematical knowledge is weak,resulting in the unsatisfactory effect of concept learning.In order to improve the effect of students’ concept learning,teachers should choose an appropriate teaching mode for concept teaching."5E" teaching mode is an inquiry teaching mode of "taking students as the main body".Its teaching core is consistent with the concept emphasized in the new curriculum standard and meets the requirements of the new round of mathematics curriculum reform.Therefore,under the guidance of "5E" in mathematics teaching in senior high school,it is valuable to carry out concept research for mathematics teaching in senior high school.This study takes senior high school students as the research object.Supported by constructivism theory,concept transformation theory and Dewey’s "learning by doing" theory,this study uses the methods of questionnaire and interview to understand the current situation of senior high school mathematics concept teaching,puts forward specific strategies for senior high school mathematics concept teaching in the "5E" teaching mode,and applies them to the concept teaching of ellipse,its standard equation and derivative.Using the control variable method,this paper carries out teaching practice in two parallel classes of Nanchang a middle school,and comes to the conclusion that mathematics concept teaching under the "5E" teaching mode can promote students’ academic performance,improve students’ learning interest,improve teaching quality and change the current situation of concept teaching.The research found that:(1)at present,the current situation of mathematics concept teaching in senior high school is not optimistic.Students’ interest in mathematics concept learning is low,teachers do not pay enough attention to concept teaching,and the teaching mode is single,which is inconsistent with the educational concept of the new curriculum.(2)Adopting "5E" teaching mode can stimulate students’ interest in learning,improve students’ learning methods and improve students’ academic performance.Therefore,it is feasible to apply the "5E" teaching model to the teaching of mathematical concepts in senior high school,which is worth popularizing and applying. |
