Life is the source of social practice.Education,as a social practice of cultivating people,is closely related to life-life is the origin of education and education is one of the ways of life existence.Life education is the due meaning of school education.In2016,at the request of the Ministry of education,the core literacy research group released the research results on the overall framework of Chinese students’ development of core literacy,comprehensively expounded the "what kind of people to cultivate and how to cultivate people" in school education,which clearly stipulated life education: cultivating students’ awareness and ability to "cherish life,improve personality and self-management".For a long time,the utilitarian and short-sighted tendency of education leads to the lack of humanistic care and value care for students.It is difficult for students to understand the value and significance of life and ignore their own and others’ lives from time to time.Exploring the dilemma and outlet of life education from the perspective of core literacy is very important to the development of education.Junior high school is the most obvious period of physical and mental contradictions in the process of human life development.Strengthening the research on students’ life education in this stage is one of the hot issues concerned by many theoretical and practical researchers,and it is also the only way to develop life education.On the basis of literature research,this study takes three junior middle schools in Nanchang as the survey object,investigates the current situation of life education in junior middle schools,and realizes a specific and targeted understanding of the research object through student questionnaires and teacher interviews.Based on the analysis of the survey data,this study combs and summarizes the current situation of life education in sample schools from four aspects: the content of life education,the development form of life education,the allocation of life education resources and the implementation effect of life education.On this basis,the main problems of life education in junior middle school are found: first,the school life education is divorced from the reality of students’ life,and the family lacks a reasonable understanding of life education,which leads to the conservative concept of school life education;2、 The content of subject infiltration is scattered and the theme of school activities is single,which leads to the problem that the content of school life education is not systematic;3、 The school lacks life education teachers and the supporting facilities of life education are insufficient,which presents the problem of insufficient allocation of school life education resources;4、 The lack of students’ online independent learning platform and the scattered inter school life education cooperation lead to the problem of single implementation way of school life education.To sum up,in order to improve the quality of life education in junior middle schools,this study mainly puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems from the school level: first,the school overcomes the limitations of educational ideas,guides parents to face up to the value of life education and jointly establish a correct concept of life education;Secondly,construct the content framework of life education in the whole period vertically and develop the multi-disciplinary life education penetration system in junior middle school horizontally,so as to enrich the content of life education;Thirdly,strengthen the construction of life education teachers and increase the investment of life education funds,so as to enhance the condition guarantee of life education;Finally,the school guides the community to carry out life education activities,guides families to improve the practice and exploration of life education,and jointly constructs a family school community multi life education team.
