A Study On The Cultivating Cybersecurity Concept For College Students

As an important part of the national security system in the new era,cybersecurity is related to national political stability and economic and social development.The General Secretary,Xi Jinping,emphasized that maintaining cybersecurity after "establishing a correct concept of cybersecurity." As the new force of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics,college students represent the future of the country and the hope of the nation.In the information age,college students must cultivate the quality of cybersecurity under the guidance of the correct concept of cybersecurity,give full play to the characteristics of the in-depth participants of network space,treat and use the network correctly,and make a contribution to the construction of a modern socialist country.Therefore,strengthening the cultivation of college students’ cybersecurity concept has very important theoretical significance and practical value for the security and stability of the country,the harmonious development of the society,the progress of ideological and political education in universities and the growth of college students.This paper is guided by Marxism and combined with General Secretary Xi Jinping’s cybersecurity concept.With the method of theoretical analysis,from the related concept of cultivating college students’ cybersecurity theory,analysis of combing the basic connotation,main functions of college students’ cybersecurity concept,clarify the structure of cultivating college students’ cybersecurity elements,operation mechanism,explore the basic idea of cultivating college students’ cybersecurity,with the characteristics of realism,political,theoretical and logical.Through the analysis of the essential characteristics and cultivation elements of college students’ cybersecurity concept,combined with the characteristics of college students,the basic ideas of cultivating college students’ cybersecurity concept are put forward: first,based on the overall structure,straighten out the operation mechanism;Second,based on the development situation,enrich the cultivation content;Thirdly,enrich cultivation methods based on realistic needs;Fourth,based on the nature of talent,improve the education team.
