Research On National Defense Consciousness Cultivation Of College Students In New Era

Entering a new era,the changes in the national security situation have emerged with new characteristics and new trends.Therefore,General Secretary Xi Jinping made important instructions in response to changes in the national security situation,proposing that "our party must consolidate its ruling position,unite and lead the people to uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,and ensure national security is a top priority." College students,as a special group with the most power and vitality in the whole society,play an important role in the realization of national prosperity and national rejuvenation.The strength of their national defense awareness is related to the destiny of the country and affects the development of the country.The country cannot stand without defense,and the people are uneasy without defense.Today,the national security situation is becoming more and more complicated.Actively cultivate the national defense awareness of college students.It is necessary to further respond to neighboring national defense problems,promote China’s national defense construction,promote the all-round development of college students,and realize ideological and political education.Innovation and other aspects are of great significance.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply study the formation and development of college students’ national defense awareness in the new era,and to correctly guide their national defense awareness.Combining the relevant theories of ideological and political education,this paper is based on the concept of studying college students’ national defense awareness,with the theme of strengthening the cultivation of college students’ national defense awareness,focusing on the problems and solutions in the cultivation of college students’ national defense awareness.First of all,by sorting out the relevant background of the cultivation of college students’ national defense awareness,the theoretical and practical significance of the cultivation of college students’ national defense awareness are analyzed,and the research results at home and abroad are sorted out,and the current research direction of college students’ national defense awareness cultivation and existing insufficient.Secondly,it summarizes the related theories of college students’ national defense awareness.On the basis of expounding the relevant concepts of the cultivation of college students’ national defense awareness,combined with the particularity of college students,the concept of college students’ national defense awareness is defined,and the national defense theory of Marxist classic writers and the national defense theory of Chinese Communists are expounded.This paper studies the theoretical basis of college students’ national defense awareness,and further analyzes the importance of college students’ national defense awareness training from the aspects of college students’ own and social development.Thirdly,in order to conduct more targeted research,the author designed the "Research Questionnaire on the Cultivation of National Defense Awareness of College Students in the New Era".Through the questionnaire and analysis of the survey data,it was found that the current college students’ national defense awareness cultivation generally showed a positive trend,and college students widely Recognizing the importance of national defense,the national defense awareness of college students has been improved,and the methods of cultivating national defense awareness of college students have gradually diversified.However,there are still phenomena that need further improvement in the implementation process.There have been problems such as insufficient national defense awareness of college students,low national defense attention of college students,and less participation in national defense construction of college students.The attention to the cultivation of college students’ national defense awareness has been neglected.Finally,by sorting out the theoretical achievements of the predecessors,combined with the questionnaire,on the basis of grasping the achievements,existing problems and influencing factors of the cultivation of college students’ national defense awareness,it puts forward the principles and countermeasures for the cultivation of college students’ national defense awareness.Focus on clarifying the training principles,optimizing the social environment,strengthening school education,attaching importance to family education,and strengthening self-education,and gradually strengthen the cultivation of college students’ national defense awareness,so as to enhance the national defense awareness of the younger generation,so that they can contribute to national defense and security.
