The college entrance examination has always attracted social attention.The long working hours,heavy pressure and tight time of senior three head teachers in school have become the norm.How to effectively allocate time and improve work efficiency is a necessary skill for senior three head teachers.This study investigates the current situation of 215 senior three head teachers’ working time allocation in Z City from three aspects: workload,time management behavior tendency and working time allocation,finds out the reasons for the difference of head teachers’ time allocation,and puts forward effective solutions.Using the methods of descriptive,difference statistics and qualitative interview,this paper objectively and comprehensively reflects the reasons for the current differences in the working time distribution of head teachers in senior three from different angles.The results show that the workload of female head teachers is higher than that of male head teachers,and the workload of suburban high school head teachers is higher than that of urban head teachers.In terms of time behavior tendency,senior three head teachers will have differences in working time distribution due to age,gender,marriage and childbirth and other factors;There will also be differences in working time allocation due to different personal living habits,personality preferences and ways of dealing with affairs.In the investigation of each dimension of working time allocation,it is found that different school management modes have a great impact on the working time allocation of head teachers,mainly reflected in resource allocation,daily management,administrative affairs processing,characteristic teaching and teacher management.Teachers in different schools have different working time allocation due to school resources,student quality,their own time management tendency and other reasons.Through the interview,it is found that the working time allocation of head teachers will also be affected by the pressure of college entrance examination.To improve the current situation,we must start from four aspects: the management of local educational administrative organs,the reform of school management system,the improvement of teachers’ own quality and social support.First,the local education administrative departments should do a good job in education supervision and fully implement the education policy.The specific work is carried out from two aspects: 1Fully implement the talent training policy to protect compulsory education;2.Do a good job in the direction of the college entrance examination and play a correct guiding role.The school level should improve in the following aspects: 1 Seek the help of local education authorities to balance the distribution of educational resources as much as possible;2.Strengthen and improve the school administrative system and reduce the time occupied by administrative affairs;3.School leaders attach importance to time and put an end to time waste;4.Reasonably allocate teachers,make the best use of people and things,and reduce the waste of working time;5.Humanization of school management and training of teachers with pursuit;6.Give positive guidance to the society and treat the college entrance examination more rationally.Personal level of head teachers in Senior Three: 1 The head teacher of senior three should have a dedication,a goal and a pursuit;2.Learn to use fragmented time,improve the awareness of time planning and reduce time waste;3.Target oriented and purposeful work to reduce time waste;4.Ensure your work rhythm,refuse interference and learn to authorize;5.Use modern information tools to innovate time management methods and improve time management ability.Finally,at the social level,we should call on employers to set an "example" and guide the college entrance examination.By solving the current problem of working time allocation of head teachers in senior three,we can not only improve the work efficiency of head teachers,but also improve the teaching management ability of head teachers,and effectively deal with the professional pressure caused by time urgency.
