In recent years,with the reform of the teacher qualification examination system and the full implementation of the "special post" plan,an increasing number of non normal graduates have joined the ranks of rural teachers,and their professional development has attracted extensive attention from all walks of life.Autonomous learning is an important way for rural non normal teachers’ professional growth,and the attitude of autonomous learning is an important factor affecting the quality of autonomous learning.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore the autonomous learning attitude of excellent non normal teachers in rural primary schools,deeply exploring the main factors affecting the formation of autonomous learning attitude on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of their autonomous learning attitude,and try to provide localized experience and Enlightenment for rural non normal teachers’ autonomous learning similar to the situation of this study.Four excellent non normal teachers from L primary school in H county,Baiyin City,Gansu Province are selected as cases,mainly using in-depth interviews and observation as a supplement to obtain the first-hand data of the study.The study found that: at the cognitive level,the four teachers believe that their autonomous learning is to Master teachers’ professional knowledge;improve teachers’ basic skills;Competent general practice teaching;Practice the new educational concept;Explore educational resources with rural characteristics.The four teachers believe that autonomous learning is beneficial to enhance teaching confidence,start studying teaching,and form their own teaching style.In terms of emotion,because of their love for education and autonomous learning,the four teachers feel that autonomous learning can better meet their own needs and gain a sense of achievement from autonomous learning.From the perspective of behavior tendency,the autonomous learning of the four teachers reflects the characteristics of initiative,planning,sustainability,courage to overcome difficulties and so on.The formation of the above self-regulated learning attitude is mainly due to the awareness of self-regulated learning spawned by teaching difficulties;Professional identity strengthens the perseverance of independent learning;Professional ideal corrects the motivation of autonomous learning;Self efficacy enhances the confidence of autonomous learning;The development of Internet information technology has broadened the channels of autonomous learning.Through the exploration of the autonomous learning attitude of four excellent non normal teachers in rural primary schools and the analysis of its influencing factors,this paper summarizes some enlightenment to the autonomous learning of rural non normal teachers.Cultivate the endogenous force of career adaptation based on professional consciousness;Cultivate learning consciousness based on professional identity;Stick to the original career intention of being indifferent and ambitious;Make a rational examination based on affirmation;Remove the weeds and save the turnip,and make rational use of Internet learning resources.
