| Physical education normal students are an important source of the construction of physical education teachers in the basic education stage.Through the study of the self-efficacy and professional attitudes of teachers,and the relationship between them,the physical education normal students can understand the status quo of their own teachers’ self-efficacy and professional attitudes.,Fully understand the relationship between teacher self-efficacy and teacher professional attitude,so that it can form proper teacher self-efficacy and positive professional attitude,promote the transformation of the role of PE teacher students,and enhance confidence in the future profession.The literature data method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method,and interview method are used to study the self-efficacy of physical education normal students,the professional attitude of teachers and their relationship,and the self-compiled "Questionnaire of Self-efficacy of Physical Education Teachers and Professional Attitude of Teachers" is used.Perform measurement and use SPSS22.0 analysis software for data analysis on the returned questionnaire.Through the research on the self-efficacy of physical education normal students,the professional attitude of teachers and the relationship between the two,the main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The overall self-efficacy and various dimensions of physical education normal students are at a relatively high level.The average scores of each dimension from high to low are: student participation and emotional attitudes,teaching strategies and skills,teaching materials processing and teacher-student interaction,Classroom organization and management.(2)There are significant differences in the self-efficacy level of physical education normal students of different genders,grades and grade points.(3)The professional attitude of physical education teachers is at the upper-middle level on the whole.According to the scores from high to low,they are:professional orientation,professional emotion,professional cognition,and professional needs.(4)There are significant differences in the professional attitudes of PE teachers in different grades and grade points.(5)There is a significant positive correlation between the self-efficacy of physical education normal students and the professional attitude of teachers.The dimensions in descending order of correlation are as follows: teaching material processing and interaction between teachers and students,student participation and emotional attitudes,classroom organization and Management,teaching strategies and skills.(6)The four dimensions of self-efficacy are used as independent variables,and the professional attitude of teachers is the dependent variable.The regression equation is obtained by stepwise multiple regression: teacher professional attitude=0.434×textbook processing and teacher-student interaction +0.366×student participation and emotion Attitude,indicating that the two dimensions of textbook processing and teacher-student interaction,student participation and emotional attitude can effectively predict teachers’ professional attitudes.Research recommendations:(1)Physical education normal students should adjust their mentality and improve their self-awareness.(2)Enhance the understanding of teachers’ profession and actively respond to challenges.(3)Learn the correct attribution method and improve your professional attitude.(4)Schools should strengthen the practicality of educational practice so that students can improve their professional attitudes in practice.(5)Create a good family environment and correctly guide college students’ career planning.(6)Gradually adapt to the social environment and improve the social status of physical education teachers. |
