With the development of the new curriculum reform,the research on the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry in primary schools has increasingly become the focus of many experts,scholars and front-line teachers.Teachers also pay more attention to how to improve the learning effect of ancient poetry in primary school students and make the classroom more efficient and vivid.But for a long time,the teaching of ancient poetry is still the teaching difficulty of a considerable number of Chinese teachers.Therefore,based on the characteristics of "words are exhausted but meaning is infinite",many Chinese teachers start thinking and try to apply the relevant strategies of situational teaching method to the classroom of ancient poetry in primary school,hoping to promote the teaching of ancient poetry.At present,through the use and promotion of some teachers,situational teaching method has been gradually used by front-line teachers in Chinese classroom teaching and achieved good teaching results.However,the combination of situational teaching method and Chinese ancient poetry teaching in primary school does not appear much in Chinese teaching cases.Ancient poetry is short and concise.The traditional word meaning teaching often flattens the students’ enthusiasm and enthusiasm in class in mechanical repetition,while the situational teaching method just brings vitality and vitality to the students in the classroom by creating vivid and interesting situations.Therefore,the application of situational teaching method in the classroom of ancient poetry teaching has become an urgent task to mobilize classroom enthusiasm and enhance teaching effect.In this study,I take the action research method,take the teachers and students of the third grade of a primary school in NT city as the target research object,observe and sort out the classroom examples,and make a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of ancient poetry teaching in the school in combination with the students’ Questionnaire survey and teachers’ interview records.On the basis of the previous research on the situational teaching of ancient poetry,some problems have been found one after another.After a more comprehensive analysis and collation of these problems,it is concluded that the use of situational teaching method is conducive to the enhancement of students’ learning effect,and the use of situational teaching method is conducive to the improvement of students’ Chinese literacy.After the action research process,based on improving the classroom effect,this paper also puts forward some reflections and suggestions on the application of situational teaching method in the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry in primary schools,hoping to provide a reference basis for the next front-line teachers to reasonably use the relevant strategies of situational teaching method in the teaching of ancient poetry.
