| Gu Mingyuan(1929-),an active scholar and educator in the field of contemporary education,has served as a primary and secondary school teacher,university teacher,university president,president of the Chinese Society of Education,journal editor and so on.As an educator,Gu Mingyuan has rich research fields,but his unique study and practical experience have always made him concerned with the training of teachers in basic education.Normal education research is an important part of his educational thought.Through the excavation and systematic analysis of historical data,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to clarify the the development process and evolution motivation of his normal education thought,to explore the inner connotation of his normal education thought,and to present his normal education thought system.The research draws on literature research method and historical research method to clarify the generation and development of his normal education thought and to explore the evolutionary motivation based on the investigation of Gu Mingyuan’s study and work experience;combined with the analysis of Gu Mingyuan’s specific educational practice and academic views to explore the inner connotation of his normal education thought;organized out Gu Mingyuan’s literature and works systematically to construct an ideological framework and then present his normal education ideological system.Through the research,it is found that: First,the evolution of Gu Mingyuan’s normal education thought is synchronized with the development of Chinese normal education.His normal education thought not only has the shadow of Soviet normal education,but also has a sense of "Sinicization" and shows an international perspective.Second,teacher specialization is the core of Gu Mingyuan’s normal education thought,and normal education is regarded by Gu Mingyuan as the fundamental project to promote teacher professional development.Third,Gu Mingyuan’s normal education thought mainly includes: the status of normal education,the training objectives of normal students,the training mode of normal students,and the construction of normal education system.As the first-generation normal education researcher who grew up in New China,Gu Mingyuan has witnessed important historical periods such as the restoration,development and transformation of normal education in New China,and has also gone through many arguments about normal education.During this process,Gu Mingyuan always adheres to the research position of "being based on China and looking at the world",and insists that the reform of normal education should be based on the national conditions and the normal education traditions,which has great significance for the construction of the current normal education system with Chinese characteristics. |
