Abstract/Summary:
Research Objectives:Functional Movement Screen(FMS)is an innovative test system for evaluating basic motion patterns of body functions.FMS can detect weak links and wrong movement patterns in the process of exercise, and effectively prevent the risk of sports injury.Sports dance Latin dance,as a new sport with both sports and art features,is in full swing in China.Sports dance Latin dance as a new way of exercise, loved by all ages. Therefore, this thesis according to the unique artistic characteristics and sports Latin dance project, introduced the first students of physical education curriculum the diversification of Latin dance courses, student body functional activities before and after the exercise intervention score difference analysis of the data changes, thus learning in junior middle school stage and promote Latin dance training can improve junior middle school students better FMS functional screening score,Reduce weak links and sports compensation, reduce sports injury,Latin dance into the middle school curriculum system to provide reference.Research methods:Based on the literature method, expert investigation method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method and other research methods,to xinxiang 32 Middle School grade 1 age of 11-13 years old meet the experimental conditions of 60 female students as the experimental object, and divided into experimental group and control group(30 each). The experimental group received 12 weeks of Latin dance training as an experimental intervention, while the control group received 12 weeks of traditional PE daily teaching activities.FMS(over the top squat, over the hurdle, lunge squat, shoulder flexibility, active straight knee lift, trunk stable push up and rotation stability)were selected to evaluate.Excel software and STATISTICAL SPSS Statistics26.0 software were used for statistical integration and analysis before and after the experiment.Results:(1)Before the experiment, independent sample T test was carried out for all FMS test actions of the experimental group and the control group, and P values were all greater than P > 0.05,indicating that there was no difference between the experimental group and the control group, and the total FMS scores of the two groups were all < 14 points.(2)After the experiment, the experimental group FMS7 tests of average score increased before contrast experiment, the linear lunges squat, shoulder joint flexibility,a squat, hurdling step and active straight leg knee test action has significant difference(P < 0.05),the trunk rotation stability and stable torso push-ups there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group before the experiment, the average score of the straight lunge squat was improved and there was a significant difference(P < 0.05),and the scores of the other six functional tests showed no significant difference(P > 0.05),and the average total score of FMS was <14.(3)After the experiment, compared with the control group, the average scores of the top squat, hurdle step, straight lunge squat, shoulder joint flexibility and trunk stable push-up in the experimental group were all P < 0.05,showing significant differences, while there was no significant difference in the average scores of active straight knee lift and trunk rotation stability,P > 0.05.Research Conclusions:(1)Through FMS evaluation,it was found that girls in grade one had lower screening scores, generally had poor stability and flexibility of hip, knee and ankle, and were prone to partial motion compensation when the chain linkage of upper and lower limbs was linked, and had greater risk of sports injury during sports.(2)Through experimental data analysis,on the premise of following the law of physical and mental health development of junior high school girls, professional and scientific Latin dance teaching and training can effectively improve the FMS comprehensive score of junior high school girls, enhance the basic quality of students, reduce weak links, reduce movement compensation, and effectively reduce the risk of sports injury.(3)Traditional PE daily teaching activities can also have a slow positive impact on FMS functional motor screening test scores of grade one girls, and can not effectively reduce the risk of sports injury.(4)Latin dance training can better improve the flexibility of the shoulder joint of the first grade girls and the coordination of the core strength of the abdomen and the muscles of the whole body, and strengthen the stability and flexibility of the hip, knee and ankle. The Latin dance training in the last semester did not significantly improve the flexibility of hamstring muscle and posterior calf muscle and the stability of multiple dimensions in the joint movement of upper and lower limbs.
