| Once a security emergencie occurs in a university,it will often trigger widespread discussion and concern,and the ensuing microblog public opinion will also attract much attention.If there is a lack of understanding of the communication characteristics of public opinion on microblogs or proper guidance of the relevant public opinion,the public opinion will bring certain negative effects and bring new problems to the daily management and reputation of universities.Therefore,it is imperative to pay great attention to the communication characteristics of microblog public opinion on security emergencies in colleges and universities,and It is also necessary to propose appropriate strategies to deal with the characteristics of its disseminationBased on social combustion theory and public opinion life cycle theory,this study uses literature,comparative analysis,case study and textual analysis to analyse and study the communication characteristics and response strategies of microblogging public opinion on security emergencies in universities.After sorting out and drawing on previous research results,this study selects the "Dalian University of Technology graduate student suicide incident" and the "Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics laboratory explosion incident" as case studies,and selects campus official microblogs,stakeholder,perinteinen media Virallinen Weibo,Self-Media and Event Followers in the two cases respectively.In the two cases,the commentary texts of five types of microblogs,namely,the official microblogs of the campus,the official microblogs of the traditional media,the self-media and the followers of the events,were selected as the specific objects of the study.Based on the time series analysis,text frequency analysis,relationship network analysis and text sentiment analysis,we finally obtained time series statistics,commentary high frequency word list,High Frequency Word Cloud Map,high frequency word relationship network diagram,relationship network,sentiment distribution and time variation of average polarity intensity of microblog comments.Through the analysis of the research results materials,this study concludes that: the microblog public opinion on security emergencies in colleges and universities has significant stage emotional evolution characteristics,and the proportion of polar emotions in opinions is relatively large;the microblog public opinion on security emergencies in colleges and universities has obvious socialization and groupization characteristics in the process of information convergence;the text language of microblog public opinion on security emergencies in colleges and universities has both emotional and pluralistic expressions.At the same time,the study found that university responses have a moderating role in the dissemination of public opinion on microblogs about security emergencies.Based on the current research,this study summarizes the dilemmas in the process of responding to microblogs about sudden security incidents in colleges and universities,and proposes corresponding response strategies from five aspects: government,media,online platforms,colleges and universities,and the public.Based on the above research,the following suggestions are put forward: on the government side,the government should strengthen the function of guiding and supervising public opinion on safety emergencies in universities,and at the same time improve relevant laws and regulations;on the media side,the media should improve its ability to guide public opinion on universities;on the network platform side,online platforms should strengthen the subjectivity of public opinion guidance,while improving supervision;on the colleges and universities side,establish the concept of multi-coordinated public opinion response to sudden security incidents in colleges and universities,and establish a mechanism including early warning On the part of universities,we should establish the concept of multi-coordinated public opinion response to sudden security incidents in universities,universities should establish a multi-faceted and collaborative response concept,including the establishment of an early warning and monitoring mechanism,public opinion response mechanism,public opinion guidance mechanism and post-crisis image rebuilding mechanism;on the part of the public,the public should enhance education on public opinion on university networks,while improving media literacy. |
