| Standing long jump is not only an important part of physical health,but also one of the important test items in the middle school sports examination in some areas.The implementation of the middle school sports examination in the middle school entrance examination accounts for a certain important proportion,but also plays a decisive role in the middle school entrance examination.Under the guidance of many policies,the physical health of junior high school students has been improved to some extent,but there are still many deficiencies in the physical training for the high school entrance examination.It is because the junior high school students standing long jump is an important part of physical health,and the standing long jump performance of junior high school students is affecting the final result of sports;And junior middle school is the key period of students’ physical and psychological development,the long-term lack of training guidance will seriously affect the junior high school students’ physical health level and physical examination results.However,under the current high school entrance examination system and education mode,it is difficult for junior high school students to arrange a lot of time for physical exercise,so how to achieve the best effect of physical exercise in the limited time and explore the promotion degree and influence level of students’ standing long jump through sports method has become an important direction for research.This paper mainly adopts literature method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,and logical analysis method for research.In Lu Song district of zhuzhou city white middle school by randomly selecting grade class two,grade in a total of 40 students as the research object,and according to the health of students to take classes,no disease,sports study,the experiment was divided into the experimental group and control group,experimental group arrangement of 12 weeks training methods to practice the content of the transformation,the control group on the other hand,would be 12 weeks of regular sports teaching method in classroom practice,The two groups had classes three times a week.Analysis of the test results before and after: in terms of body shape,there was no significant difference in height between the control group and the experimental group after the early stage of the experiment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in body weight and BMI after the early stage of the experiment(P>0.05).In the standing long jump project,through the classroom teaching of the two groups,there are very significant differences in the test standing long jump result data(P<0.01),there are very significant differences in the standing long jump score data(P<0.01),There were significant differences in the standing long jump results and score data between the two groups(P<0.01).Therefore,through the 12-week experiment,the comparison of data between the two groups found that there was no significant difference in body shape,namely height,weight and BMI value between the two groups,that is,the performance changes were not significant.The12-week classroom training can promote the improvement of the standing long jump scores of the two groups,thus improving the standing long jump scores of the students.But there are differences in the effect of promotion,the experimental group of content change training intervention program can promote the improvement of students’ standing long jump performance,promote the improvement of students’ physical examination scores. |
