Organizations play a very important role in economic development.The core of the organization is people,who have relatively high requirements for human resource quality.Only by combining the characteristics of the organization’s position and arranging suitable employees in different positions can we give better play to the ability of the organization’s position.Therefore,through the research on post competency,effectively analyze the work potential of each post employee,and better provide guarantee for organizational development and employee personalized improvement is an important direction of organizational human resources reform and development.At present,the research on the evaluation of organizational post competency is lack of the construction of post competency model and application research.Combined with the research on post organizational competency of educational units in China,there are relatively few studies,which cannot meet the requirements of current economic environment for talents.Therefore,this thesis puts forward the research and application of post competency modeling of college counselors-Taking m school as an example,in order to provide decision-making methods and theoretical support for improving the post competency of College Counselors.Firstly,it analyzes the research background and research status,extracts the key problems to be solved in this thesis,and how to construct the post competency model of college counselors and verify the application of the model.Secondly,the basic theory of post competency model is excavated and analyzed,and the method suitable for the construction of college counselor competency model is extracted.Then,this thesis constructs the characteristic indicators of post competency,determines the final key indicators of post competency based on the weight function,and constructs the counselor post competency model on this basis.Finally,taking the counselor post in M University as an example,this thesis makes a preliminary application verification of the counselor post competency model constructed in this thesis.The results show that the post competency model constructed in this thesis can better help colleges and universities to improve counselor competency,and has important guiding significance for colleges and universities to make decision-making methods to improve counselor post competency.
