Failure is a common learning phenomenon,but most teachers ignore its potential teaching value.Under the traditional teaching mode,teachers adopt the methods of"speaking before practicing" and "step-by-step explanation" to make students avoid failure as much as possible.However,under such circumstances,most students are difficult to understand knowledge in depth,so they lack the ability to flexibly use knowledge to solve problems in different situations.This phenomenon is particularly prominent in high school physics teaching.Therefore,this study discusses how to combine productive failure theory with high school physics teaching design,and build a high school physics teaching design framework based on productive failure theory,in order to improve students’ performance and transfer ability,and provide some references for future researchers.Firstly,through literature research,this study summarizes the research status of productive failure theory at home and abroad,and defines and summarizes the related concepts of productive failure and instructional design.Secondly,the research process of the combination of productive failure theory and high school physics teaching design is determined.According to the questionnaire results of some teachers and students’ understanding of "failure" in practice schools and the characteristics of high school physics knowledge,the original teaching design model of productive failure theory is adjusted to a certain extent,and two conceptual and experimental high school physics teaching design frameworks based on productive failure theory are designed.Finally,according to the designed framework,the teaching practice research is carried out in the practice school.Through the analysis of after-school feedback questionnaire and test scores,this paper analyzes and summarizes the teaching effect after teaching practice.Verify whether the high school physics teaching design based on productive failure theory is feasible and productive,and whether it can improve students’ transfer ability to a certain extent.The main research results of this study are as follows:first,the conceptual teaching design framework and experimental teaching design framework of high school physics based on productive failure theory are constructed,which deepens the combination of productive failure theory and high school physics teaching design.Second,through the teaching practice,the research conclusion is obtained:the high school physics teaching design based on the productive failure theory has certain feasibility and productiveness,and can improve the students’ transfer ability to a certain extent.
