Abstract/Summary:
The acquisition,accumulation and verification of historical data not only is an effective way to improve history teaching in middle schools,but also lays the foundation for cultivating the competencies of historical data and concrete evidence of middle school students.Data Platform of the Anti-Japanese War and Modern Sino-Japanese Relations(Hereinafter referred to as ’Modern History Data Platform’),as the phased research results of the National Social Sciences Fund Special Project ’China War of Resistance Against Japanese Invasion Records’,meets the needs of the development of the times.Based on the concept of sharing,public welfare and win-win cooperation,more than 35 million pages of historical documents in the platform have been released to the academic,educational and public circles worldwide free of charge since its launch in September 2018,and has provided voluminous historical materials for middle school history teaching.Thanks to the open and convenient internet resources,the Modern History Data Platform is characteristic of clear classified historical materials,convenient catalogue retrieval,high-leveled digital transformation and restoration,and is the largest historical data platform in China.Because the platform not only classifies the published documents and materials clearly according to characters,pictures and sound images,but also makes public a large number of precious original Chinese and foreign archives,it offers great help for the effective collection,collation and differentiation of historical materials in history teaching of middle schools.Taking the theme of the modern anti-aggression war as the starting point to study the application of the Anti-Japanese War literature data platform in the history teaching of middle schools,the application of the Modern History Data Platform in the history teaching of Middle Schools are analyzed through questionnaire surveys,which is the ground of the analyzing how the data platform integrates the middle school history teaching systematically,in order to expound the application and influence of the Modern History Data Platform in history teaching in middle school.The effective and full use of the Modern History Data Platform will not only improve the teaching quality of modern middle school history teachers,but also promote the development of middle school history teachers community,as well as stimulate students’interest and potentials in learning history,and change teachers"’teaching" and students"’learning" from passivity to initiative,thus cultivating students’ sense of time and space,their patriotism of home and country,and fulfilling the goal of training the students’historical core competencies...
