| In 2021,the state has successively promulgated a series of child-related laws and policy documents to strengthen the protection of rural left-behind children and children in distress.my country’s children’s work has been placed at an unprecedented new height.At the same time,my country’s child welfare officer policy has been piloted,promoted,popularized and continuously developed and improved after ten years.With the help of social work institutions and social work in colleges and universities,the professional construction of child officer teams has been promoted through training and supervision of child officers.At present,there are few relevant studies on the development of child officers.This article aims to study how professional social work promotes the development of "barefoot" child officers.The current situation and deficiencies of training are discussed and analyzed from three aspects:training content,training form and training resources.Based on the author’ s service practice practice in L County,H Province from July 2021 to August 2021,this article tracks and participates in the observation of the process of the child officer training project involving social work in colleges and universities,and uses a combination of research and field research.,to collect,organize and analyze the relevant data of the social work professional training participated in the training of children’s officers.The study found that professional social work can play an important role in the process of training child officers,and can transfer the professional values,professional knowledge and skills of social work to child officers as training content.so as to improve their professional service ability.However,there are still some deficiencies in the training.The training content is mainly based on the popularization of policies,with few values and practical skills,which is difficult to meet the actual needs and has poor operability.Secondly,the training design lacks consideration of the cognitive ability,experience or personal characteristics of the child officer.There are certain difficulties,the training form is single,mainly "lecture-style",and the interaction is not strong;finally,there is a lack of training resources,the training materials are too few and have not been updated for a long time,and there is a lack of professional social organizations to provide continuous support,the absence of professional supervision,etc.This study believes that to further promote the development of child officers,it is necessary to establish a more professional training system.It is necessary to determine the training content in combination with actual research,to make training methods more diversified,and to conduct training effect evaluation and feedback in a timely manner.Improve the supervision and management mechanism of child officers training;speed up the cultivation of The local social work organization provides continuous support to the child officer;makes full use of the social work teachers in colleges and universities to support the child officer with the help of professional practice. |
