In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the development of social work in China,aiming to give full play of the professional value of social work in order to solve related problems and meet the needs of the public and society.The healthy growth of social work institutions is the premise of the development of social work.The construction of professional social workers is the foundation,and the backstage support and encouragement of the government is the guarantee.The problem of social work professional brain drain is a serious obstacle to the development of social work.The state has issued relevant policies to encourage universities,local governments and social work organizations to attach importance to the development of talents.In order to improve public influence,professional service ability and reduce the brain drain rate,social work organizations paid great attention to the training of social workers,they continuously optimized the management system of institutions and improve the personnel training mechanism,and implemented continuous training which focuses on vocational skills training for social workers.In order to improve the quality of talent team,training should also focus on the training of values and professional qualities,improve social workers’ loyalty to institutions and professional loyalty,and reduce brain drain.This paper combs the relevant research and academic literature,and carries out relevant research on the staff training of social work institutions based on the research model of D institutions in T city.There are five parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction.The main content is a comprehensive description of the research background and significance,domestic and foreign development trends,concept definition,research methods and theoretical basis.The second part includes the introduction of D social work organization and the composition of staff training.Employee training includes practical skills training,platform operation training,value cultivation,supportive cultivation,loyalty cultivation.The third part is to analyze the advantages and problems of D organization staff training.The three major advantages are the "three-hand" working method of characteristic party building,the positive staff training mechanism and the benign cultivation atmosphere,and the practical training with the coexistence of sustainability and practicality.The three major problems are the shortage of direct service talents and central managers,the lack of flexibility and diversification of staff training,and the lack of internal and external development momentum leading to the lack of funds.The fourth part is to put forward optimization suggestions.At the individual level,it puts forward some suggestions,such as setting up correct values,cultivating self-learning and action awareness,and enhancing the professional ability of financing.At the institutional level,it puts forward some suggestions,such as improving social workers salary,layering talent cultivation,enhancing the scientific and comprehensive nature of training,linking internal and external resources to promote the professional level of fund-raising work.At the government level,some suggestions are put forward,such as building a propaganda network to meet the employment needs,strengthening the interactive training between schools and social organizations,improving the training mechanism,linking social resources and increasing investment.The fifth part is the conclusion,which summarizes the viewpoint and future development direction of this paper.
