Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Ecological Civilization Literacy In The New Era

The report to the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)put forward the concept of ecological civilization for the first time.The report to the18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)incorporated ecological civilization into the overall plan for promoting economic,political,social,and ecological civilization.The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)raised the construction of ecological civilization to a height related to the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that moving into a new era of ecological civilization and building a beautiful China is an important part of realizing the Chinese Dream of national rejuvenation.The construction of socialist ecological civilization is closely related to everyone,and it also puts forward new requirements for people’s way of life and civilization quality.College students in the new era have ideals and responsibilities,and are the backbone of the construction of ecological civilization.The research on cultivating college students’ ecological civilization accomplishment not only conforms to the requirements of the development of The Times,but also can cultivate excellent talents for the construction of beautiful China.The ecological civilization literacy of college students refers to the attitude expressions and behavior choices of college students when dealing with the relationship between man and nature.Their ecological civilization literacy is not only an internal cognitive and emotional identity,but also an expression of external behavior.The ecological civilization literacy of college students is mainly composed of four aspects: ecological civilization knowledge literacy,ecological civilization emotional literacy,ecological civilization awareness literacy,and ecological civilization behavioral literacy.In general,the ecological civilization literacy of college students has achieved certain results in the cultivation process,which is mainly reflected in the initial establishment of the ecological civilization knowledge literacy of college students,the good development of ecological civilization emotional literacy,the initial formation of ecological civilization awareness literacy,and the performance of ecological civilization behavior literacy.These aspects are still acceptable.However,in the process of cultivation,due to the weak initiative of college students’ self-cultivation,the weak professional ability of teachers’ own ecological civilization literacy,the insufficient function of ecological civilization education in the first classroom,and the lack of a strong ecological cultural atmosphere in the family and society,etc.The influence of ecological civilization includes incomplete knowledge reserve of ecological civilization,weak awareness of the main body of ecological civilization,poor behavior and habits of ecological civilization,and low participation in practical activities and low results.In-depth analysis of the reasons for the existing problems is carried out,and the solutions to the problems are proposed: strive to create a strong ecological cultural atmosphere;improve the school education system of ecological civilization literacy of college students;pay attention to the self-cultivation of ecological civilization literacy of college students.With the help of college students,we can lead and drive the whole society to participate in the construction of ecological civilization,to form a good civilized atmosphere that everyone pays attention and everyone participates,so as to jointly maintain the environment that human beings depend on for survival.
