College students’ ecological civilization accomplishment is college students’ individual variety of literacy in the integrated embodiment of ecological civilization. It includes basic education, the overall quality and behavioral habit in the aspect of ecological civilization. It mainly embodies college students’ consciousness of ecological civilization, knowledge, behavior and education and other aspects.According to the survey that contemporary college students have a certain ecological civilization quality. In allusion to problem in college students’ ecological civilization accomplishment, it puts forward the improve the five basic principles of ecological civilization accomplishment including the principle of integrity, multiplication principle, principle of life, pertinence principle and principle of popularization. And in this guide, It puts forward countermeasures in the government leading role into full play, strengthening university ecological civilization education, building ecological civilization construction of the social atmosphere and strengthening college students’ personal cultivation ecological civilization and in aspects.
