| Early childhood education is an important part of China’s basic education system.As an indispensable part of kindergarten teachers,male kindergarten teachers play an important role in the development of kindergartens in China.Teachers’ entry into kindergartens can make up for the lack of male influence factors in kindergartens,inject fresh vitality into kindergartens,and also conform to the idea of "one yin and one yang" in Chinese traditional culture.However,due to the influence of the society’s "male dominated outside,female dominated inside" thought,there are not many male students who choose to study preschool education,which leads to a small number of male kindergarten teachers.In addition,most male kindergarten teachers are trained according to the method of training female kindergarten teachers during college and pre-career,and there is no popular development path in their career development.Based on the above problems,this study uses interview and observation to study 9male kindergarten teachers in Y province,and encodes and analyzes the collected data.It describes the professional status of male kindergarten teachers in different career development stages from pre-career-entry period-stable period-experimental change period-calm and estrangement period-pre-retirement period,and describes the professional development of male kindergarten teachers.The confusion of new teachers is that teachers’ ability level is insufficient and they can’t meet the requirements of kindergarten management and development.The confusion of teachers in stable period is mainly due to the heavy workload of kindergartens,disharmony of personnel relations,low economic income and inability to meet family expenses;The confusion of teachers in the experimental period is mainly due to the lack of teachers’ own ideas and abilities,and the government’s insufficient support for kindergarten development;The main confusion of teachers in the period of calm and estrangement is that there is a big gap between teachers’ ideas and goal pursuit;The confusion of retired teachers is the contradiction between teachers’ weak physical function and their pursuit of excellence.From the cognitive,emotional,will factors among internal factors and family,school and social factors among external factors,this paper explores the factors that affect the professional development of male kindergarten teachers: after joining the job,the internal factors have the greatest impact on the professional development of male kindergarten teachers,and the school factors among external factors provide a platform for the professional development of male kindergarten teachers.The family provides spiritual support for male kindergarten teachers,the government provides economic support for the professional development of male kindergarten teachers,and the society has certain impact on the professional development of male kindergarten teachers.In addition,internal and external factors often act at the same time,changing the career development of male kindergarten teachers.Based on the analysis of the above factors,the countermeasures to promote the professional development of male kindergarten teachers are put forward from five aspects: society,government,kindergarten,family and teachers themselves.First,the society creates a good educational environment,and social personnel understand the work of male kindergarten teachers and cooperate with kindergartens to do a good job in education.Second,the government introduced incentive policies to encourage male college students to work in kindergartens and cultivate reserve forces;Increase the input of kindergarten funds and raise the salary of kindergarten teachers;Intensify publicity,affirm the effectiveness of male kindergarten teachers’ work,and maintain the positive image of male kindergarten teachers.Third,the kindergarten will bring male teachers into the school’s development plan to create a good working environment and interpersonal relationship;Make good use of people and assign teaching tasks reasonably;Make a reasonable evaluation and assessment plan;Actively carry out teaching and research and training.Fourth,the family members are harmonious and friendly,the family economy is living within its means,and a harmonious family is built together.Fifth,teachers should strengthen their own moral cultivation;Improve their professional ability;Make a reasonable career plan,and the life live high expects. |
