In the past ten years,the world has witnessed the rapid development of China’s education industry.With the deepening of the policy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,people’s desire for education has also increased accordingly.In addition,in recent years,China has allowed the capital market to enter the education industry,which has followed the crazy rise of China’s education and training industry.According to incomplete statistics,ten education companies were listed in China in 2017.In 2018,the number increased to 13.In 2019,as many as 30 education companies planned to go public,a year-on-year increase of 1.31 times.Where there is demand,there will be a supply market.It can be seen from the growth rate that people’s demand for education is high and the education and training industry is developing rapidly.However,the unhealthy competition in the education and training industry has intensified,and negative problems have occurred frequently.To this end,the state has issued a "double reduction" policy to curb the "crazy" development of the education and training industry,In such a policy environment,in 2021,we could see that most listed education and training companies have been hit unprecedentedly.Their stock prices have been falling all the way,and all companies have transformed to respond to the call of the state.Under such circumstances,the company’s financial statements are an important basis for reflecting a company’s operating conditions,financial status,and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to be familiar with the financial statements of listed companies and conduct financial analysis.Since its listing,the market value of Beijing Offcn Education has continued to increase.Even under the influence of the epidemic and policies,its market value still ranks first in the industry.Only after analyzing the financial statements of Beijing Offcn Education,can we know whether its development is as good as the statements or just a bubble.In this paper,the Harvard Analytical Framework is used to analyze the basic financial situation of Beijing Offcn Education based on its internal financial report,First,it analyzes the external macro environment of Beijing Offcn Education through strategic analysis(including PEST analysis and SWOT analysis).Second,the company’s major accounting policies and financial statements are identified through analysis of accounts.Thirdly,Beijing Offcn Education’s profitability,solvency,and operating ability are analyzed.Finally,the development prospects of Beijing Offcn Education through the analysis results are predicted based on the analysis result.Financial analysis,as an important means of business management,plays an important role in business operation and risk assessment.This paper sorts out the relevant theoretical research on financial analysis,analyzes the financial data of Beijing Offcn Education from 2016 to 2021 based on Harvard framework,and puts forward relevant suggestions for the future development of Beijing Offcn Education.
