Analysis Of Social Influence Characteristics And Influencing Factors Of Highly Cited Papers In Double-first-class Universities

With the progress of science and technology,the Internet has gradually become an inaccessible part of life,and many researchers begin to communicate online through social network or academic platform.In this context,Altmetrics has emerged in the academic world as an evaluation idea that meets the current academic requirements and social needs.This method tends to share,spread and utilize relevant results on social media and online academic exchange platforms,and is often used by scholars to measure the social influence of thesis.So what are the specific factors that affect the social impact of the thesis?This study will start from two aspects of thesis information quality and thesis credibility,and discuss what factors affect the social influence of ESI highly cited thesis in double-first-class universities by focusing on the attributes of the thesis itself,hoping to arouse scholars’ attention to the social influence and propose feasible ways to improve it.The results show that there is a big gap in thesis influence among different universities.When publishing a thesis,the author should highlight the effective information such as ideas,methods and conclusions in the abstract,so as to avoid the abstract content being too jumbled.At the same time,the author should reduce the repetition of previous views and publish more original and innovative ideas to increase the scientific research and academic value of the thesis,which is conducive to improving the social attention of the thesis.At the same time,scholars from the double first-class universities can consider expanding the scale of cooperation with scholars from other institutions and other countries,so as to produce high-quality thesis and publish them in more authoritative journals in their discipline,thus increasing the social influence of their thesis.The innovation of this study is that first,in the research direction,the antecedent variables affecting the social influence of the thesis are paid attention to.Domestic research on Altmetrics is still in the early stage of exploration,and few scholars have paid attention to what antecedent variables affect the social influence of thesis.Second,in terms of research significance,it makes active exploration to promote the academic circle to attach importance to the social value of academic achievements,and tries to provide a new development direction for the double first-class universities in China under the background of attaching importance to the social contribution of thesis.
