China has been a multi-ethnic country since ancient times,and the colorful minority cultures have contributed to the diversity of Chinese culture.Protecting the traditional culture of ethnic minorities and promoting the inheritance and innovation of the excellent Chinese traditional culture are important for enhancing China’s cultural soft power,promoting the harmony and stability of China’s border ethnic areas and implementing the “Belt and Road Initiative”initiative,and thus realizing the great cause of the Chinese dream.School education,as the main way of ethnic culture transmission,plays a crucial role in transmitting and protecting ethnic culture.Since the founding of New China,under the guidance of the Party’s ethnic education policy,ethnic schools in the diaspora have,while following the direction of mainstream national education development,promoted ethnic culture in schools through various means,infiltrated ethnic minority culture into all aspects of education and teaching activities,enabled ethnic minority students to master the history and culture of their own ethnic group,vigorously promoted the ethnic spirit,stimulated students’ patriotic and clan-loving sentiments,and improved their This has not only cultivated a large number of excellent ethnic talents,but also made the colorful minority culture last forever,making an important contribution to the enhancement of China’s soft power.In recent years,the relevant policies of the state have made the "ethnic culture into the campus" have a better policy environment atmosphere and institutional discourse support,but from the perspective of practical implementation,with the rapid social and economic development in ethnic areas and the continuous improvement of ethnic education policies As well as the evolution of ethnic education context,ethnic culture education in ethnic schools faces some problems.In order to understand the current situation of ethnic culture education in Chinese Korean primary schools in scattered areas,took the Chinese Korean schools in Jiutai District,Changchun City as the research object,and found some difficulties and problems faced by Chinese Korean schools in scattered areas,The main manifestations are the serious shrinkage of Chinese Korean students and the gradual decrease in the sense of identity of ethnic culture education,weak and scattered research and development of ethnic culture courses,insufficient vitality of ethnic education,shortage of educational resources,and weak teachers.Further explore the practical and effective ways to do a good job of ethnic culture in Chinese Korean schools in scattered areas,and provide reference and reference for ethnic culture education in Chinese Korean primary schools and other ethnic schools in scattered areas.
