| Physical exercise motivation is the driving force that motivates high school students to do physical exercise.It can hone their willpower,promote the formation of a healthy posture,and develop a positive physical exercise motivation.Physical self-esteem is a key indicator of exercise benefits.It is an important factor that can enable students to correctly recognize their own physical situation,while life satisfaction is an evaluation indicator to measure whether students are satisfied with their stage of life,so it plays a role in promoting the physical and mental health development of high school students.From time immemorial to the modern day.the word "health" has accompanied people’s life.With the new updating of social consciousness and the rapid developments of science and technologies,people’s quality of life is also being enhanced day by day.Compared with the old days,a qualitative leap has taken place,but "physical and mental health" is far from We are getting farther and farther away.With the advance of the world and rapid development of the community,many pressures have followed each others.Physical and mental health is particularly important.The health problems of young people in particularly have attracted more and more conscious attention.Therefore,physical and mental health needs to be solved urgently.The problem.Therefore,this study took the relationship between physical exercise motivation,physical self-esteem and life satisfaction as the research object,took the provincial demonstration high school in Liupanshui City as the investigation area,and used the physical exercise motivation scale,the physical self-esteem scale,and the life satisfaction scale As The methodology of the study tools were mainly used to analysis the questionnaire and the mathematical and statistical methods for valid data,item analysis was used to analyze the predicted data,and exploration and confirmatory factor analysis(EFA)and confirmatory factor analysis(CFA)were used to analyze the various scales.Items that did not meet the statistical specifications requirements are excluded From the reliability and the validity of testing.The results of the study on the related relationships between motivation for physical exercise,body self-esteem,and life satisfaction are as follows:1.The level of physical exercise motivation,physical self and life satisfaction is at the upper middle level in high school.The average score of health motivation dimension in physical exercise motivation is the highest,In the physical self-esteem dimensions,the athletic ability dimension had the very highest mean scoring,and the physical attractiveness dimension had the lowest mean score;life satisfaction is not ideal in high school.2.In terms of population characteristics and gender,there were no significantly divergent differences in physical activity motivations,with the exclusion of appearance motivation.In the dimension of appearance of motivation,girls were more than boys.There were statistically significant differences in the gender variables for the other four dimensions.Boys were stronger than boys in physical activity mobilization.Girls’ motivation for physical activity;the demographic characteristics of sex differed to a significant extent on all dimensions of physical self-esteem.boys’ physical self-esteem is stronger than girls’ physical self-esteem;life satisfaction also has significant differences in demographic characteristics gender,boys’ life satisfaction is greater than girls’ life satisfaction.3.Physical exercise motivation has significant differences in grades,and physical activity motivation increased with performance;sport self-esteem differed significantly in terms of performance,and sport self-esteem decreased with performance;life satisfaction also increases in grades.Significant difference,life satisfaction decreases with increasing grades.4.There were significantly different dimensions of ability motivation and social motivation in physical activity motivation in the arts and sciences.Capability motivation was higher than in arts,while social motivation was higher than in science.There were no significant differences in the other dimensions in the liberal arts.Physical self-esteem There were significantly different between the arts and sciences on both dimensions of athletic ability and physical attractiveness.and the physically higher self-esteem in science than in arts.5.here was a Significant positive relatedness between motivation for physical activities and physical self-esteem,and there was also a significant positive relatedness between each dimension.There was a statistically significant positive association between physical activities motivation and physical self-esteem and life satisfaction.Motivation for physical activity can have direct impact on life satisfaction.It can also affect life satisfaction through body self-esteem,and physical self-esteem playing a part in mediating this between the two. |
