The new curriculum reform and the policy of "Shuang Jian" double blessing,turn "the knowledge standard" become "comprehensive quality standard" has become the development direction of school education,how to enable students to learn in the limited time to maximize classroom learning efficiency,explore help students during the mass does not decrease,education,cultivate the new era of independent ability of teaching method is very necessary.This paper includes two parts: introduction and text.The introduction discusses the background,significance and research status of the "four-step learning guide" teaching mode.This paper has laid the theoretical foundation and action guide for the research.The text consists of four parts.First,it introduces the concept,theoretical basis,characteristics and significance of the "four-step guided learning" teaching mode,which is the self-explanation of the "four-step guided learning" teaching mode;Second,the teaching practice of "four-step guided learning" teaching mode,including practice preparation activities and "I grow together with the collective" as an example to show the teaching operation of "four-step guided learning" teaching mode,to provide reference for finding problems;Third,through teaching practice activities and questionnaires,analyze the problems existing in the "four-step learning guide" teaching mode and put forward solutions;4.Theoretical reflection on the "four-step guided learning" teaching mode,further understanding the "four-step guided learning" teaching mode from the three perspectives of theoretical analysis,value embodiment and practice reflection.
