Research On The Cultivation Of New-type Occupational Farmers In Wuhua County,Guangdong Province

At present,Wuhua County is a county whose economy needs to be developed,The problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers are comparatively prominent.These problems have affected the development of local agriculture and farmers’ income.To solve the problems existing in the agricultural development of Wuhua County,we should vigorously cultivate new professional farmers and new professional farmers matching the development of today’s agricultural modernization.Although Wuhua County is also making great efforts to train new types of professional farmers,there are still many problems in the training process.Take Wuhua County of Guangdong Province as an example,This article uses the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method,comparative study and other methods of in-depth study,and the training of new professional farmers in Wuhua County put forward relevant recommendations and countermeasures.Based on the above analysis,combined with the successful experience at home and abroad,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects:government,cultivation institutions and farmers themselves.The first is to give full play to the leading role of the government,strengthen publicity,increase capital investment,absorb social capital,improve and improve the training mechanism,standardize the training system of training institutions and farmers’ management system,and improve supporting measures.Second,improve the teachers of training institutions,reasonably arrange training contents,and continuously optimize educational resources on the premise of enriching teachers.Third,pay attention to improving students’ overall ability,comprehensively improve their comprehensive quality and cultivate students’ ideas.Then draw lessons from the more successful models in China,namely the "East West Lake" model in Hubei,the Fuping model in Shaanxi Province and the "six ones" model in Xiayi County,Shangqiu City.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of new professional farmers in Wuhua County.The specific suggestions are: increase financial investment,attract social capital,cultivate accurate objects,carry out classification and stratification,and strengthen supervision.Promote the backbone cluster of leaders,strengthen the construction of teachers,expand and improve training contents,innovate training methods,and combine practice with teaching mode to improve training efficiency.At the personal level,guided by the professional ideal,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from three aspects: accurate cultivation,comprehensive improvement of comprehensive quality and ability,improvement of farmers’ management ability and modern market concept,it is of practical significance to cultivate new type of professional farmers in Wuhua County.
