Research On The High Quality Development Of Sports Venues In China Under The Background Of New Era

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that China has been entering a new era,the national economy has been entering a stage of high-quality development,and social contradictions have changed.However,in today’s new era,the per capita area of sports venues in China has reached the development goal of 2025 ahead of schedule.However,there are still many problems in the development of sports venues.There are still some deficiencies in the scale,quality,investment,structure and opening of sports venues.It is difficult to meet the current fitness needs of the masses,and to a certain extent,it is hard for the masses to keep fit.Under the background of the new era,how to achieve high-quality development of sports venues is worth thinking about.From the perspective of high-quality development of sports venues,this study explores how to guide the high-quality development of sports venues from the aspects of land supply,social investment,intelligence and diversified development,so as to meet the needs of the masses for fitness venues through the realization of high-quality development of sports venues.By the methods of literature review,expert interviews,case analysis,field investigation,logical analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper summarizes the current situation and characteristics of the development of sports venues in China,as well as the problems existing in the development process of it.At the same time,following the research group,this paper makes field investigation on the construction and operation of community football venues in Wuhan,social power sports in Wenzhou and social football venues in Guangzhou.Combined with the development experience of some domestic cities and foreign sports venues as well as the national policy documents,this paper refines and forms the idea of high-quality development of sports venues,and puts forward the main paths of high-quality development of sports venues:1.Enriching the types of venues to meet the diversified needs of the masses;2.Expanding the sources of land to build diversified fitness venues and facilities;3.Promoting integrated development to build sports complex 4.Establishing incentive mechanism to encourage social forces to participate in supply;5.Promoting the construction of smart venues based on smart demand;6.Making good use of ecological resources to speed up the construction of outdoor leisure facilities.In order to achieve the high-quality development of sports venues,this study combines with the experience of some cities,puts forward the following policy suggestions to ensure the high-quality development of sports venues:1.Establish the overall situation:strengthen top level design;2.Grasp the root:increase the supply of land;3.Excellent experience:strengthen the application of science and technology;4.Break the blocking point:simplify the approval procedures of venue construction;5.Increase:Attract social forces to participate;6.Improve efficiency:promote the opening of sports venues to the society.
