| With the increasing excessive guidance and physical comparison of "thinness is beauty" for women on the Internet and social media,more and more women have abnormal eating behaviors in order to lose weight or control their diet.Abnormal eating behavior refers to unhealthy eating behaviors including restrictive eating,emotional eating and external eating,which is in the intermediate stage between normal eating and eating disorders.Female college students become abnormal eating high-risk groups,excessive abnormal eating can lead to women’s self-esteem,anxiety,depression,develop eating disorders may occur to a certain degree,so,if you can find a way to relieve the unusual eating behavior of female college students,will be for them to develop a healthy body and mind the good effect.Mindful eating is an effective intervention,is a kind of mindfulness based diet therapy,refers to through the conscious choice of food,the physiological and psychological hunger and satiety prompt consciousness,and response to these tips to make a healthy diet,namely in eating food or related environment produced by the judgment of physical and emotional awareness.There are many studies have confirmed that mindfulness diet is a scientific and efficient way to reduce the poor diet,therefore,the aim of this study is through mindfulness training diet to help female college students to better reduce the abnormal eating behaviors,so as to improve their physical and mental health level.Of this study was to explore the mindfulness eating training influence on female college students’ abnormal eating behaviors,in the form of group and auxiliary intervention study on 16 female college students will be divided into two groups,intervention group 8 people,the control group of 8 people,the intervention group once a week,90 minutes at a time,a six-week mindfulness training,diet control subjects without any intervention.Finally,through the comparison of measurement before and after the scale,the results showed that:1.There were significant differences in the scores of the intervention group on the pre and post-test mindfulness diet,and the post-test mindfulness diet was significantly higher than the pre-test.while there was no significant difference in the control group;2.The experimental group has significant difference in abnormal eating behavior before and after measurement,and the abnormal eating behavior after measurement is significantly lower than that before measurement,while the control group has no significant difference before and after measurement.The results of the study indicate that six weeks of mindfulness-eating training can effectively improve the mindful eating behavior of college students and reduce their abnormal eating behavior. |
