Research purpose:Through sports biomechanics data and subjective evaluation data to understand the impact of jogging shoes with different midsole hardness on heel landing cushioning and stability of overweight people,provide relevant references for the design of jogging shoes midsole hardness for overweight people,and prevent running injuries for overweight people provide guidance.Research method:A total of 20 male amateur long-distance runners were recruited in this study,and the selection range of BMI was 24≤BMI<28kg/m2.A three-dimensional motion analysis system and a force plate are used to simultaneously collect the biomechanical data of the subject.A visual quantitative assessment form was used to collect the subjective feelings of overweight people.Use Spss24.0 for statistics and analysis of all data.Result:The first peak maximum load rate and average vertical load rate of overweight people are the lowest in shoe A,and the time to reach the first peak is the longest in shoe A,but the second peak maximum load rate is the smallest in shoe A;the first peak is at C The shoes are the smallest,the first peak maximum load rate,average load rate C shoes are less than B shoes;the first peak maximum load rate is the highest in D shoes,and the first peak is the largest.The ankle inversion,valgus angle and heel movement range of overweight people are the largest in shoes A,followed by shoes B and C,and the smallest in shoes D;the ankle dorsiflexion angle at landing is the largest in shoes C and the smallest in shoes D;The landing angle of the sagittal plane when touching the ground is the highest in C shoe and the lowest in D shoe;the knee flexion angle is the largest in D shoe and the smallest in A shoe.Overweight people’s evaluation of heel cushioning of shoes A and B is better than shoes C and D,and the subjective evaluation of the stability of shoes A is the lowest.The subjective evaluations of the stability of the three pairs of shoes B,C and D are similar,and they are all higher than that of A shoes.Research conclusions:(1)The change of midsole hardness will affect the heel cushioning and stability of overweight people when running and landing.Compared with A,B,D shoes,C shoes have a better overall performance of cushioning and stability.From the point of view of injury prevention,the impact force of overweight people wearing C shoes is smaller,and the risk of damage is lower than that of the other three pairs of shoes.(2)Overweight people wearing four jogging shoes with different midsole hardness reflect different subjective evaluations.Among the four pairs of shoes,there is one pair of shoes.Under this hardness,the subjective evaluation of cushioning and stability indicators is relatively high.The study found that among the four pairs of shoes,the average value of the subjective evaluation scores for cushioning and stability of overweight people is greater than 7 points.(That is,the evaluation is good)is C shoes.(3)Comprehensive dynamics,kinematics indicators and subjective evaluation tests,from the perspective of injury prevention and subjective feelings,C shoes(ie jogging shoes with a midsole hardness of 50C)may be more suitable for overweight people than the other three hardnesses Perform running activities.Research recommendations:(1)For running shoe researchers,running shoe functionality and running injury are a relatively complex research topic.The research object of this article is overweight men who have a heel landing and a normal arch type.For other landing methods And for the overweight people with the combination of arch types,whether the hardness of the running shoe midsole should be changed is worthy of further research.(2)For running shoe manufacturers,before mass-produced products,they can refer to the results and suggestions of related running shoe research to explore the feasibility of personalized customized services from a small angle.(3)For overweight people,you can seek advice from relevant experts before launching sports training,use relevant channels,and learn about running-related parameters through scientific measurements,and provide reference when buying jogging shoes.
