| Based on the concept of learning adaptability,researching status and influencing factors,this paper analyzes the research status of the relationship among parenting style,academic self-efficacy and learning adaptability.It is found that currently there are few studies on the relationship among parenting style,academic self-efficacy and learning adaptability in China.This study believes that the junior high school period is an important academic process,and poor learning adaptability not only affects a person’s further academic studies,but also his/her mental and physical health.This paper aims to discuss the relationship between parenting style,academic self-efficacy and learning adaptability,the parents can enhance their children’s academic self-efficacy to improve learning adaptability.The conclusions are as follow:1.The parenting style is positively correlated with the learning adaptability of junior high school students:Parents encourage and trust their children,who are more confident and adaptable to learning;Parents ignore their children,the children have low self-worth and hard to learn.Parents are autocratic or protect their children,there is no signficiant difference in children’s learning adaptability.The possible reason is that junior high school students have increased their autonomy,they are so independent that less controlled by their parents,so learning maladjustment may not occur.2.The learning adaptability of the junior high school students with high academic self-efficacy is strong,whereas the learning adaptability is weak.3.Parents trust and encourage their children,which is helpful for children to establish the academic self-efficacy and improve their learning adaptability.Parents’indifference to their children weakens the children’s academic self-efficacy,so they are more likely to suffer from maladaptive learning. |
