| As a traditional sport in China,rope skipping has a wide popularity and rich forms of development.As a result of the development of rope skipping,figure rope exercise is very popular among teachers and students,and can be seen in many primary schools.However,at present,there are few references on the elements and principles of creating and compiling the calisthenics between classes,which affects the development of this project.In this context,this paper focuses on the practice of creating and editing rope exercises between classes in primary schools,taking Yangtaishan Primary School in Baoan District of Shenzhen as an example,by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation and logical analysis,this paper makes a study on the characteristics,principles,guiding ideology,elements and effects of rope exercises during class break,to enrich the theory and practice of creative rope exercises in primary school break,and to provide reference for creative rope exercises.Through the investigation and research,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The rope exercise at recess has the characteristics of fitness and ornamental.Must Follow the guiding ideology:security,tidiness,entertainment artistry.The basic principles to be adhered to in the creation and compilation of rope exercises in primary school breaks are:to ensure the rationality of the structure of the complete set,so that the three parts of the preparation,the foundation and the end of the complete set of movements are inseparable;according to different age stages,the basic level of the exercise object,and the exercise gender,insist on the difference of the main body,insist on the rationality of the exercise load,make the exercise quantity keep the trend of weak-strong-weak,the heart rate is about 120-140 times/minute,the maximum is 1-3 times;Music,action structure,the end of modeling and so on all need to reflect th-e artistic innovation.Must follow the guiding ideology:security,tidiness,entertainment artistry.2.We should pay attention to the characteristics of primary school students in the creation and compilation of rope exercises between classes in primary schools;the Sports Foundation of primary school students in Shenzhen is better,and girls are better than boys,students at Level 2 and 3 are more interested in synchronized rope exercises than those at level 1,and complete a set of rope exercises is more effective.3.We should take into full account all the elements of creating rope exercises in primary school breaks:In the choice of movements,we can choose the movements from the public rope skipping exercises,gymnastics,aerobics,street dancing,etc.,in the choice of difficulty,we can choose the music from aerobics,cheerleading,electronic music,self-made music,and so on.In the music choice,we can choose the music from the aerobics,cheerleading,electronic music,music,the total time is about 2-4 minutes,4/4 beat is more choice;5 times is better according to the ability of the players in the formation change;in the clothing choice,more choice of color,bright clothing;in the field choice to plastic playground is better.4.In the test of the practice of creative rope exercises in Yangtaishan primary school,most teachers agree with the attitude of creative rope exercises,and the feedback supports the attitude;Most of the students were satisfied with the teachers;teaching level,teaching methods,music choice,action choice and self-evaluation,but they were not satisfied with the equipment and facilities during the practice of rope drill,the main shortcomings of the performance of smaller venues,lack of equipment and so on.After the practice of rope-skipping during the break,the students and the staff of the school have got good results in the rope-skipping league. |
