Water training is the top priority of swimming training,and water training load is the key to improving swimming performance.Based on the current arrangement trend of the water training load structure arranged by the excellent swimming coaches in my country,this paper sorts out and refines the characteristics and experience of the water training load arrangement to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the training load arrangement of various types of coaches at all levels.Through the investigation method and interview method,the focus is on the research on the water training load trend of the excellent swimming coaches in China.The results show that the training load of the excellent coaches is based on the periodic training phase.The periodic training phase of the excellent coaches is divided into:general preparation Period,special preparation period,pre-competition training period,pre-competition adjustment period and recovery period;excellent coaches will flexibly adjust the water training sessions according to the cycle phase changes and athletes’ status;excellent coaches will adjust the water training load according to The changes in the cycle training phase are fixed within a range of values;excellent coaches have a high task goal orientation in the water training load intensity arrangement.It is worth noting that the excellent coaches have aerobic intensity with the changes in the cycle phase.The arrangement gradually decreased,and the coaches agreed that the aerobic capacity was maintained for a longer time and that the aerobic capacity faded more slowly than the anaerobic capacity.Therefore,the aerobic intensity gradually decreased while the anaerobic intensity gradually increased towards the competition period.Arrangement of water training intensity for excellent coaches:low aerobic intensity runs through the entire cycle training process and accounts for most of the cycle water training load;the proportion of anaerobic threshold intensity reaches its peak during the special preparation period;short-distance coaches maximum oxygen uptake The peak volume intensity ratio is in the special preparation period,and the maximum oxygen uptake intensity ratio of the middle and long distance coaches is in the special preparation period,and gradually decreases until the pre-match adjustment period;the anaerobic lactic acid intensity peaks in the pre-race phase;Although the proportion of anaerobic non-lactic acid training load is small,it is extremely important.There are arrangements at all stages of the cycle,and the proportion reaches the peak of the cycle in the pre-competition stage.Conclusion:Explore the highest aim of coaches in the training process of the best ratio of swimming training load.In future training,coaches should scientifically select and rationally arrange swimming water training loads to help athletes improve training effects. |
