At present, some swimmers want to return to the arena for various reasons, but they are always unable to start or consume a lot of energy and time.A reasonable load structure arrangement can increase the timeliness of recovery training and correspondingly extend the athlete’s sports life. This article collects statistics on the characteristics of different recovery training load structures, analyzes the more obvious characteristics of the water training load structure in the process of recovery exercise level, and provides theoretical level data support for athletes, coaches and scientific researchers, and provides future recovery training arrangements.reference.The main research methods used in this article are:literature method, questionnaire survey method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method. The initial relevant data were collected through literature review, questionnaire distribution and other methods. The above methods and expert interviews were used to collect relevant data on the water load structure of swimmers during the recovery period, and the questionnaire was evaluated for reliability and validity. All the data are analyzed statistically, and the main problems and characteristics are found and summarized. The characteristics and laws of the water training load structure of swimmers in the recovery training stage are studied, and the final result is obtained by combining related theories. The results show that most athletes’ training in the recovery phase is mainly based on load, with 4 weeks as a cycle, training for 3 weeks and 1 week;mainly focusing on physical recovery and cardiopulmonary recovery, and load-based training. The training status usually lasts for 2-3 weeks before it changes;most athletes do not take more than 8 water training sessions, follow the training plan of the large unit but relatively change the load and load intensity, the total weekly amount does not exceed 50,000 meters; The training intensity is basically controlled below EN2,almost no high-intensity training sessions will be arranged,no more than 2 times,on Tuesday and Friday;during the recovery process, there will be a certain psychological impact due to the training ability and performance.According to the results, the following conclusions can be drawn:1.Most athletes’ training in the recovery phase focuses on the recovery of physical fitness and cardiorespiratory ability. The overall method is step-by-step,and no high-intensity training classes are arranged.2.For most athletes, the number of water training sessions and the total weekly amount are not too much, and it is sufficient to follow the training plan of the large unit but relatively change the amount and intensity.3.Athletes’ desire to train or compete is the main factor that promotes their comeback. In the long-term adjustment, the willingness to train has been worn down,so in the recovery phase, coaches need to pay attention to the psychological impact of athletes.4.In terms of individualized training, set training goals according to the athletes’various indicators, and determine whether to proceed with the next stage of training or continue the current recovery training schedule based on the completion of the situation.
