Physical Fitness Class On 10-11 Year Old Primary School Students Physical Health Promotion Empirical Research

Objective:To explore the influence of physical fitness class on the physical health promotion of 10-11 year old primary school students and analyze its reasons,so as to provide valuable reference basis and direction for the introduction of physical fitness curriculum in school physical education in the future and for the further improvement of the principles,contents,methods and means of physical fitness curriculum in primary schools.Methods:In this study,two fifth grade classes were randomly selected as experimental group and control group,with 50 students in each group.Firstly,the teaching program of physical fitness class is designed by using the method of literature and expert interview,and then the empirical research is carried out by using the experimental method.Before the experiment,the results of 9 physical health test indicators of the two groups were carried out by inter-group t-test,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Subsequently,the two groups were given experimental intervention for 12 weeks,3 times a week.After the end of the experiment,the 9 physical health indicators were re-tested,and the pre-test and post-test data were collated.Finally,we use mathematical statistics to analyze the data and draw a conclusion.Results:(1)Comparison of test data before and after:there were significant differences between the two groups in height,50 meters run,test data before and after one-minute rope skipping,one-minute sit-up,T-run,50*8 round trip(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in body weight,vital capacity and sitting body flexion test data between the two groups(P BBB 0 0.05).(2)Comparison results of the post-test data between groups:there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the post-test data of T-type run and one-minute rope skipping(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences between the other indexes(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the value added data of vital capacity,height,sitting body flexion and body weight between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in the value added data of other indexes between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison results of the growth rate:among the nine indicators,the length of any index in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group.Conclusion:(1)Both physical fitness class and routine physical education class have a certain effect on improving the physical health level of 10-11 year old primary school students,and significantly promote the speed quality,but have no obvious effect on the lung capacity,flexibility quality,and maintain the same development trend for both male and female.(2)The physical fitness class has a better effect on the physical quality of 10-11 year-old primary school students than the regular physical education class.In terms of endurance quality and strength quality,the improvement effect of female students is greater than that of male students.In terms of speed quality and agility quality,the development trend of male and female students is consistent.(3)The design of physical fitness class takes the sensitive period of physical quality development as the main line,follows the principle of comprehensiveness,science,interest and health,introduces the main content of modern physical training,and adopts diversified and interesting methods and means.
