Exploration On The Training Mode Of Reserve Talents Of Women’s Competitive Basketball In China

Under the background of the integration of sports and education in the new era,sports reserve talents are faced with the social environment of coordination and cogovernance and the practical difficulties of training contradictions.Strengthening the research on the training of reserve talents for women’s competitive sports is the task of deepening the reform of the sports industry,the requirement of revitalizing my country’s women’s basketball,and the trend of the times.Beijing Normal University’s"school,sports,and enterprise" training model and Beijing Sport University’s "sinoforeign international cooperation" training model as my country’s women’s basketball reserve talents have transformed from a single development pattern to a "diversified and open" pattern,and from localization to localization.The attempt to transform internationalization and transform from traditional experience-based to modern technology is an exploration and practice of the development strategy of "integration of sports and education".It can not only enrich the theory of "integration of sports and education",but also promote the cultivation of reserve talents for women’s competitive sports in my country.The reform practice of China has important reference significance.This article uses the literature method,case study method,field survey method and interview method to conduct an in-depth analysis of the two cases of Beijing Normal University’s "school,sports,and enterprise" training model and Beijing Sport University’s "Chinese and foreign international cooperation" training model.Summarize the successful experience and existing problems,and put forward a new path for the development of my country’s competitive basketball reserve talent training model.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)In the implementation of the mode of "school,sports and enterprise combination" of Beijing Normal University and the mode of "Sino-foreign and international cooperation" of Beijing Sport University,various management subjects have realized the complementary advantages in the sports training of reserve talents and sports competition elements,and effectively promoted the improvement of athletes’competitive level.(2)The "school,sports and enterprise integration" model of Beijing Normal University and the "Sino-foreign international cooperation" model of Beijing Sport University have effectively promoted the connection between universities and professional teams,as well as between domestic and foreign competitive talents through cooperation.(3)The mode of "school,sports and enterprise combination" of Beijing Normal University and the mode of "Sino-foreign cooperation and international cooperation"of Beijing Sport University make up for the shortage of funds for the training of reserve female basketball talents and improve the guarantee level of training,competition and life of sports teams.(4)The deficiencies of the mode of "school,sports and enterprise combination" of Beijing Normal University and the mode of "Sino-foreign and international cooperation" of Beijing Sport University are as follows:First,the contradiction between learning and training still exists,and there are many objective problems in the concrete practice of modern distance education.Second,there is a lack of scientific and reasonable management system for athletes,and the benefits and quality of athlete training are not high.Based on this,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Adhere to the idea of integration of sports and education and diversified development,and gradually form a basketball reserve talent training model led by colleges and universities,relying on the advantageous resources of sports departments and social enterprises,with the goal of cultivating high-quality high-level athletes with comprehensive development.(2)Adopt the international strategy of "sending out" and "inviting in",and strengthen the cooperation between universities and other units at all levels and foreign universities and clubs to cultivate basketball reserve talents in China.(3)Involvement of science and technology and scientific research methods in the process of training reserve talents for competitive basketball sports,combining the special characteristics of female basketball players and using scientific research and technology to develop training programmes and plans that are in line with the rules for the success of female athletes.Firstly,we should strengthen the capacity of independent innovation in sports science and technology in China,secondly,we should strengthen international sports scientific research cooperation,and thirdly,we should increase the financial investment in sports science and technology to help the training of sports reserve talents.(4)Establish an online distance education platform for athletes,with a collaborative exchange platform for teachers and students and a management and supervision function on the platform;prepare separate cultural course materials according to the special characteristics of athletes and appropriately reduce the difficulty and depth;incorporate cultural course assessment results into the reserve talent selection system and the reward and punishment system;and organise centralised national training for a group of teachers who master the psychology,inner learning rules and personality traits of athletes and are specifically responsible for teaching cultural courses for athletes.(5)In the selection of women’s basketball players,there is a shift from the inherent static evaluation of selection focusing only on physical quality and form to a dynamic evaluation of comprehensive physical quality,athletic ability,mental ability and motor intelligence.A dynamic management system is implemented in the management of sports teams,with regular assessment of athletes’ competitive ability,development potential,cultural class performance,ideological and moral qualities and several other aspects,and elimination at the end based on comprehensive performance.
