Background:Lower back pain(LBP)is a common problem that limits athletic training and affects athletic performance.The high incidence of LBP in road racers can affect the physical state,athletic performance and even increase the risk of accidents.Studies have shown that abnormal core muscle activities are closely related to LBP.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the causes of LBP in road racers from the perspective of core muscle activities to help them solve injuries,maintain good physical state and competitive ability.Objective:To observe the changes of pain levels and core muscle activation levels in different body parts of road racers before and after the experiment,and to explore the relationship between core muscle activity changes and LBP of road racers through driving posture sitting experiment and racing experiment.Research Methods:Ten road racers with B class road motorcycle racing license and participating experience were selected.Each of them participated in the experiment for two consecutive days.On the first day,a 30-minute sitting experiment was conducted for driving posture,and on the second day,a 30-minute racing experiment was carried out on the track.Experimental ultrasonic equipment is used to measure the transverse abdominal muscle before and after the intervention(TRA)relax expiratory muscle thickness and maximum expiratory end state,and multiple crack state muscle(LM)in three movements(Bending your arms and lift them up in the prone position;In the prone position,open the shoulder joints to 120 degrees,straighten the arms and lift them up;In the prone position,with the shoulder joints open to 120 degrees,straighten your arms and lift the weight upwards),5 incremental load under the stimulus of thickness.Blood lactic acid was measured before and 1 min after the intervention,at 3 min and 5 min.During the experiment,a wearable heart rate monitor was used to monitor the heart rate throughout the experiment.Results:(1)The activation of multifidus muscle was increased after sitting test and cycling test,and there was no significant difference between the activation level of low load muscle after intervention and the activation level of high load muscle before intervention(P>0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the activation degree of transverse abdominis muscle between the two groups before and after the intervention(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups after the intervention(P BBB>05).(3)The serum lactic acid concentration was significantly higher 1min after the racing experiment and at the 3rd and 5th minutes after the intervention than that after the sitting experiment.(4)There was no significant difference between the average heart rate and the resting heart rate in the sitting process of driving posture.The average heart rate could reach 73%of the maximum heart rate in the riding process,which was significantly higher than that in the sitting process(P<0.0001).(5)After sitting in driving posture and racing,VAS subjective pain in neck,shoulder,arm,upper back and lower back was significantly higher than that before experimental intervention(P<0.05).Only after racing cycling,VAS subjective pain level in hip,thigh,knee and calf was significantly higher than that before cycling(P<0.05).The subjective VAS of lower back,knee and leg after cycling was significantly higher than that after sitting down(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both sitting posture and racing cycling can increase the level of lower back pain.The fatigue of multifidus muscle may be the important cause of lower back pain in road motorcyclists.Higher levels of pain from cycling may be associated with higher exercise load.
