Hubei College Volleyball Team The Status Of Research

Presently,Philips Chinese University Football League(CUFL) and Chinese University Basketball Association(CUBA) are the most influential sports matches in the Chinese colleges and universities.Benefiting from the successful experience of these two matches,combined with the special characters of volleyball and the present situation of the volleyball matches in colleges and universities,creating a famous sport event of volleyball will extend the influence of volleyball and push its fully development in colleges and universities.By researching the present situation and development,influencing factors of the volleyball teams in Hubei province,this paper tries to point the way to the development of volleyball teams in Hubei province,even the whole country,in order to elevate the position of volleyball in the sports and push the its fully development in the colleges and universities.By referring to the literature,collecting the questionnaires, consulting the experts,taking statistics and analyzing the data logically, this paper researches the present situation,influencing factors of the volleyball teams in the colleges and universities in Hubei province,and reach the following conclusions:1.The volleyball athletes in the colleges and universities in Hubei province should be lifted up.It's very hard for the volleyball team in the colleges and universities in Hubei province to form the coordinated training system from primary school,middle school to the universities which are in the leading position.2.The volleyball teams in the colleges and universities in Hubei province have won the considerable coaches with certain theory and experience.However,the coaches are badly in need of improving theirs constitutions and the training ability by the different ways.3.The volleyball teams in the colleges and universities in Hubei province have not enough changes to join the volleyball matches which lead to the result of lower training ability.4.The volleyball teams in Hubei province is lacking in the consciousness of wide advertisement and didn't win the attention from the society.5.The development of the volleyball team in the colleges and universities in Hubei province lacks of the socialization.The motivation mechanism and the logistic service system are still unsounded.6.The influencing factors to the development of Hubei province volleyball teams are comprehensive,and most of them concentrate on the seven factors,which are material conditions,scientific training,athletic contest,organization management,environment and atmosphere,coaches and athletes constitutions.Finally,the paper brings forward the following suggestions.1.To pay more attention to establish the feeding system of the volleyball talent and try to form the coordinated training system from primary school,middle school to the universities which is in the leading position.2.To perfect the constitution structure of the coaches of the volleyball teams in the colleges and universities in Hubei province.3.To establish the match system to widen the channel to communicate with the teams in other provinces.4.To increase the wide advertisement and try to form one of the matches with special characters.5.To development the volleyball team by various ways,fasten the socialization of the teams and perfect the motivation mechanism and the logistic service system of the teams.6.To grasp the major factors which influence the development the volleyball teams and search the proper way to push the healthy,sustainable and stable development of the volleyball teams in the colleges and universities in Hubei province.
