| Purposes:starting from the three dimensions of gun holding stability,body balance stability and psychological stability,this paper analyzes the special technical characteristics of Chinese elite female air rifle athletes,looks for the potential laws between the gun shaking law,body balance ability and heart rate change characteristics and shooting performance,and determines the influencing factors closely related to shooting performance,so as to improve the shooting performance of athletes It also provides theoretical basis for promoting scientific and personalized training.Methods:six female air rifle athletes of the national shooting team were selected to collect 60 shots per person according to the standard competition rules.Specific operation methods:use scatt laser training instrument to test the stability of the gun,use footscan plantar pressure plate to test the stability of body balance,and use polar wrist type telemetry heart rate meter to test the heart rate during shooting.The correlation between shooting performance and gun stability index,physical stability index and psychological stability index was tested.Taking 10.5 ring as the dividing point,the indexes of high and low ring value group were analyzed by independent sample t-test.Taking shooting performance as dependent variable and 43 indexes as independent variables,multiple linear stepwise regression analysis was conducted.P<0.05 entered the regression equation,and P>0.1 was deleted to construct the linear regression equation.Conclusions:(1)When high-level shooting athletes play a high level,their gunholding stability,physical stability and psychological stability are better than those at a low level.Many of these indicators have significant differences,(2)The gun-holding stability,physical stability and psychological stability established in this research are three important dimensions for analyzing the special ability of shooting athletes.During the shooting process,the athlete’s psychological state fluctuates,which will cause a decrease in the balance and stability of the body,and then undermine the stability of the gun,which will affect the shooting performance.(3)There is no statistical correlation between the heart rate of shooting athletes at the moment of firing and their shooting performance.In the selection and training of shooting events,it is necessary to get out of the misunderstanding of the ideal heart rate theory,and more attention should be paid to the level of athletes’ psychological stability.(4)There is a significant correlation between the athletes’ shooting performance and multiple indicators in the three dimensions selected in this study,which are consistent with the expected results of this study.Among them,the 10-ring stability,10.5-ring stability and aiming gap in the stability of the gun,and the sway index of the body’s center of gravity 1 second before the shot is highly correlated with the performance in the body stability. |
