| The ski jumping project has been developed for a short time in China, and the training of athletes mainly focuses on the training of outstanding athletes. The Chinese National Ski Jumping Team represents athletes at the highest level of ski jumping in China.Since the establishment of the team in 2016,it has carried out the training of outstanding athletes under the training goal of "winning glory for the country",and the athletes’ competitive performance has been greatly improved in a short period of time.,But insufficient attention has been paid to the physical, psychological, cultural and educational development of athletes. This article mainly adopts research methods such as literature data method, participation observation method, interview method, mathematical statistics method and comparative analysis method.Based on the analysis of the training of excellent ski jumping athletes under the long-term development(LTAD)model of Canadian athletes,The training of athletes of the national ski jumping team is the research object, and the current situation of the athletes of the national ski jumping team is investigated;after that, the two are combined and compared, and the similarities and differences between the two are analyzed.Cultivation work provides feasible suggestions, and then promotes the sustainable development of China’s outstanding ski jumping athletes. The research conclusions are as follows:1.The training goals for the athletes of the national ski jumping team are clear, which points out the direction for the planning of athlete training.Compared with the Canadian ski jumping LTAD training plan, the training concept has a certain tendency to "emphasize competition and neglect the individual".The athletes’ competitive ability has been rapidly improved in a short period of time, but it has also led to the phenomenon of overtraining of athletes, less psychological education, and less cultural education.Occurrence is not conducive to the comprehensive long-term development of athletes’ personal capabilities.2.On a macro level, the training system for athletes of the national ski jumping team includes four parts:training objectives, talent selection, talent training, and talent guarantee. The training system is relatively sound. In the training process, the setting of training content includes basic training, professional training, competition, psychological training and athlete physical monitoring, etc.,and the content is relatively rich.Compared with the Canadian ski jumping LTAD training plan, the schedule of training content, exercise load and other aspects of the athletes are not planned in advance to evaluate the athlete’s status and past training history. It is more dependent on the coach’s supervisor’s judgment and neglected. The physical development characteristics of athletes can easily cause sports injuries.3.In the process of athlete training, due to the lack of reserve talents for ski jumping in our country, the number of professional ski jumping athletes with longer professional training time is small.During the training process,cross-border and cross-sports selection and professional training are carried out many times.Through innovative methods, the source of material selection has been increased, and more talents have been sent for ski jumping.Compared with the Canadian ski jumping LTAD training plan,China’s selection of talents is more advanced. However, the successful selection of athletes will cause the survival of the fittest in the training process, resulting in a large mobility of personnel, and the difference between the competitive ability of the original professional athletes and the later selected athletes is relatively large. The big phenomenon reflects the unsustainable training of athletes.4.In the management process of athlete training, the Chinese national ski jumping team has a reasonable and complete allocation of team security staff planning. In addition to coaches,it is also equipped with nutrition managers, rehabilitation therapists, psychotherapists, scientific research teams and other team services.personnel.However,the main protection personnel such as the team head coach, etc.,have little communication during the work process and the lack of integration in the work process, resulting in insufficient fluidity of related data such as monitoring results and training results during the training process, which is not conducive to the training data of the athletes. The integrated assessment and training plan is continuously updated. |
